I don't personally believe that you have to be happy in your own skin to give love to someone else, if you are struggling or not feeling 100%, it doesn't make you any less deserving of love! Totally agree. Self love doesn’t come easy for some people and it doesn’t make anyone less or more deserving of giving or receiving love because there relationship with themself is not 100%. Self love is life long journey and it’s important to be respectful of other people and where they are it in their life.

You can't pour from an empty cup, so need to look after yourself first to have the energy to begin to properly love and look after others.
