- The Delhi-Mumbai Expressway is a 1,350 km long, 8-lane wide (expandable to 12-lane) under-construction access-controlled expressway connecting India's national capital New Delhi with its financial capital Mumbai.The under-construction Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway has been subsumed in this project. Foundation stone of the project was laid by union minister Nitin Gadkari in presence of Sushma Swaraj & Arun Jaitley on 8 March 2019.[5] The total project value including the land acquisition cost is around ₹1,00,000 crores (~US$13.1 billion).
The Mumbai-Nagpur Expressway or Nagpur-Mumbai Super Communication Expressway (officially known as Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg) is an under-construction 6-lane wide (expandable to 8), 701-km long access-controlled expressway in Maharashtra, India. It will be amongst the country's longest greenfield road projects, which will connect the two cities of the state, its capital, Mumbai, and its third-largest city, Nagpur.

That's wrong info. By 2017 we already had 90+ km Mumbai-Pune, 100+ Hyderabad ORR, 300 Km Agra Lucknow Expressway, 150+ Yamuna Expressway and multiple short expressways within city limits. Lot of sites are wrongly spreading only 200 km till 2017 as fact. You do good research, do a bit on this too.
Behind both Expressways there is only one Man i.e Flyover Man of India - Mr. Nitin Gadkari Ji. Hats off to his Vision and Dedication.

We need more such expressways connecting Mumbai to Chennai, Mumbai to Bangalore, Hyderabad , Chennai to Kolkata , Kolkata to Delhi. And most importantly we need at least 8 late expressway and a substitute underground road connecting Kolkata to the North East Regions. Govt has invested well in connecting with the Jammu and Kashmir, its high time we extend that kind of investment to Assam, Arunachal , Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur, etc.
No we need better railways lines with high speed trains connecting big cities

And rest with the help of Central govt like Navi Mumbai International airport, Pune international airport, nashik monorail, nagpur metro expansion, nagpur Cargo Airport makes nagpur hug of corgo import export, NAINA project, Auric city project, JNPT Port and many more road projects like mumbai Goa highway etc..

Samrudhhi has some edge because of proposed fiber optic and gas lines running along with expressway, plan to develop in industrial, agri processing towns etc. Samruddhi name itself is chosen because it is not just an expressway, it has a lot of economic activities planned alongside.
