Looking at the original install at 1:30, one of the strings had red tape on the wire going to the DC- terminal, so it was probably the original installer accounting for the wrongly taped string wire. Does not exactly inspire confidence in the install quality, but it means the inverter was wired correctly from a PV string polarity standpoint. If it wasn't, the inverter would never have produced anything. Also, the DC inputs are wired in common before the switch so you would see the same potential on both terminals regardless. And whoever thought it was a good idea to require an app and get rid of any user interface on the inverter should be caned in the town square and then locked in the stocks for a week.
I have a question. I want to add panels to my system. Do i need to wire the panels in a way to send 12v to the inverter? The panels are 325watt and 33v

SolarEdge: New one every year!
Lcd ones full of 18xBc/5/6 etc errors. SetApp seems to be going down that road too
What are the side clearance requirements on SE inverters? That’s pretty close to the breaker box...
Did it just go bad? I'm looking at sma or solar edge for a 10.8 kw system. I like the sma 2000 watt grid down power option
SMA. Solaredge goes bad a lot.
They come with a standard 15 year warranty that can cheaply be upgraded to 25 years, so you can be assured your purchase is protected.
Are there any other inverter combination that can work with an optimizer solution besides Enphase and SolarEdge?
No
Tigo?
My Pac is 0.0 and i tried to reset the unit and get HW Error 18xB7
