Comedy Luigi and Tragedy Mario are the L4, WaR and Yosh old versions.
Omega had his own seperate old sprite where he is way closer with a completely black background.

This is actually a really cool concept for if they actually got rid of Omega and replaced them with the Mario heads. Wonder how long it took to actually edit the chromatics for Comedy and Tragedy into act 2

If I remember Omega was originally scrapped and was gonna be replaced by the Mario Heads but they changed their mind when they realized that the heads would make no sense

These two characters did really MAKE no sense at all, glad they were scrapped
They are still pretty cool though. I could imagine a secret sequence or code that made the heads pop instead of Omega.

Si te refieres a esas 2 cabezas, pues, así iba ser el acto 2 original pero lo descartaron y lo reemplazaron por omega
Se llaman Mario Heads y ellos iban a ser con quienes ibamos a batallar en el acto 2 de All Stars pero al final fueron reemplazados por Omega.
