The second type of cheese they hung is probably vurda, a softer cheese made from the leftover whey after making other cheeses like budz. Vurda is creamy and light, often eaten fresh.

Very beautiful place, very similar to the one i visited back home in Romania 😍👏 Just one advice, maybe they should keep a knife up there next to the cheese and not go down the ladder with the knife and cheese bowl in the hand. For Health and safety reasons, I would not want anything to happen to those beautiful people 😊🥰

Природа фантастически красива, мальчик очарователен. Но осталось недоумение, почему собаку привязывают. И почему пастухи при таком огромном стаде не обучают для себя овчарок-помощников. Овчарки это специальная порода, у них и название от слова овца, овчарня
I wonder if they realize that people will pay good money to visit a working farm and watch some of the traditional things such as cheese making. A sort of bread and breakfast as host families. They could see some of the working farm and also visit some of the interesting things in the region. I'm sure there are plenty of things to discover. These people seem to have high values and would have the temperament to host people from different corners of this Earth. All they would need is a cabin and an out house, semi-roughing it. З сироватки варять вурду - сир, схожий на рікоту. На відео є цей процес, якраз друга варка це процес приготування вурди.
