I like and appreciate that all of these videos are short, and concise. They provide a good starting place for newer umpires without being boring, or overly technical.

Awesome video! Is there a chance you could do a video on how to work a One Umpire Game? It would be nice to have a visual guild on movements and placement to make good calls

It's common to use a 3-man crew in postseason games that are between two powerhouse teams. Sometimes, there is an umpire who is working 3-man for the very first time; or, hasn't done 3-man in a very long time. I was watching a regional championship game last year and saw this happen with a 3-man crew.
SITUATION: R1 & R2. Less than two outs.
PLAY: Fly ball to right field - not far from the foul line. U1 (from A position) decides to go out. Both R1 and R2 are tagging up. F9 makes the catch and both runners take off. The PU rotated to 3rd base to cover R2's advance. Unfortunately, U3 also covered R2's advance. F9 makes the long throw to 3rd and R2 is safe. However! BOTH the PU and U3 signaled the runner safe. The very savvy defensive coach saw the breakdown of mechanics and requested time to appeal that R1 left early. The umpires all looked at one another and, finally, the PU signaled R1 safe. I'm pretty sure the coach was mostly trying to embarrass the umpires for their failure.
OC: "Seriously? You were watching the tag-up at 1st? You had one umpire in right field and *two* umpires at 3rd. Give me a break!" and then he quietly walked away. His point was made.

Head on a swivel. You can watch R-1 tag while moving toward third base.

In a Crew of 2: Some crews pregame, the PU takes the 'lead' runner... When the appeal happens, of course our crew will look at each other and one will insert him/her self as the calling umpire. (ie PU).
As for leaving early, yes, from the batted ball hit to Right field, PU can view R1 and R2 leaving on the first touch..
Coaches continue to judge whether or not we have done our jobs or properly used mechanics... An unsuccessful appeal doesn't actually accomplish much.
