I enjoy watching the Combo Breaker tournament videos on youtube. The Bloody Roar fighting game series is awesome. My mains in bloody roar 1 and bloody roar 2 are Yugo, Alice, Bakuryu, Gado, Long, Stun, Uriko and Busuzima.
Super emotional watching my childhood game at a major tournament. Ever since I found out there was a community a couple years ago it's rejuvenated my love for the series again. So happy it's getting the love it rightfully deserves :D
It was such a great tournament, I was smiling from ear to ear through all the matches.(Jeri vs NaN had me glued to the screen.) And its awesome to know that the discord is over 1,000 strong ! Hope its just the beginning of Bloody Roar getting its shine in the current landscape. ( and maybe it'll lead to the right person at Konami to notice the rising demand, and give the fans a collection, or even a whole new project.)
So glad to see this! BR2 and BR3 are games I always fondly reminisce about and, I was sad that there was no scene or tourney presence I was aware of for the series. So glad I was wrong or that it changed recently. Here's hoping it stays reasonably healthy for some time.
It was great to watch. Me and several others from the discord were in the twitch chat. Me and a few others were helping people understand how the game works. It was so good seeing so many people grow interested in bloody roar because of this.
Amazing video my guy, I love to see a game I grew up playing finally get some recognition if any classic fighting games deserves a resurgence in popularity it's Bloody Roar!

I have been following Jeremiah bloody roar channel for awhile and I do play primal fury on my game cube from time to time. I like Alice as she is cute and is a bunny. I would not call myself a competitive player but the game is heavily technical that is off putting but fun once you get the hang of it.
i hope this will give us a chance to approach Konami as publisher to look upon new Sequel of BR with BR Extreme/Primal Fury as based of figthing mechanic. This game is so Underrated compared to another fighting game

About time BR Got the respect It deserves, been playing since the PSX days and its probably the FG with the most chill and welcoming fanbase (alongsIde MK) ... As a fan for over 20 years It makes me Happy to see It being featured on competitive grounds and finally shutting some elitist FGC mouths up...
This shit looks sick! I've owned a couple of the BR titles, but I did NOT play it like this lol! It'd be cool to see it brought back, PROPERLY, on a current gen console.
Bloody Roar Primal Fury (kinda together with Melee) was the very beginning of my transformation to seeing fighting games more competitively, with BlazBlue being where my eyes were fully opened. Bloody Roar PF always held a special place to me for being that beginning though, since previously I played Bloody Roar 1 and Tekken 3 as just "for fun" games. Even got me into training mode for the first time outside of Smash Bros. Really glad to see it at Combo Breaker. Would love to see something more done with the series, even if it's just a rerelease with rollback like Guilty Gear Accent Core got from Arc System Works. Though I know licensing is a pain.
