I used to shop there several times a month. Especially when I lived right across the street from one. I'm so sad I can't shop there anymore.

Two of my local shops in the Coachella Valley are already closed 😢
I live in San Diego and we have a ton of small stores own by random people whom I suspect buy from warehouses belonging to various stores like target. They don't carry food but they do carry kitchen, clothing, and even makeup at low prices. Things are mostly new or maybe returned, like set of plates/cups so they may not be complete. Some people may benefit from something like that so look around. For some who are relly strungling, lots of people donate the fruit and even veggies they grow. Where i live theres always people giving bags and bags of lemons and avoacdos. Sometimes neighbors pick them up from their trees ans place bags around their fences so people can take them. Facebook has tons of post like that.
I’ve gone twice a week since mid April & spent a lot of $$$ I’m shocked how little is left! So very sad & still can’t believe they are closing! 😢 I gave 2 ladies I know gift cards to let them know they are appreciated for all their hard work. Praying the Grocery Outlet can hire some employees. Thanks a bunch for your terrific videos!!

So sad. When my family dollar closed the first week was 50%, the next week 75%, and the last week was 99%. That’s a lot of inventory left.
The liquidation companies bring in merchandise specifically for the closing sales.

My dad and I were just at The 99! Besides a couple aisles being blocked off, they seemed pretty well stocked. (especially in party bags!) $50 worth of stuff is a lot, but we definitely went out on a bang! Before this month, I had only been in a 99 once and didn't think much of it, but now it's a special store! So long 99, you've served us well! :')

Wow your store stayed opened weeks after mine closed.Oh someone in a mask! I still wear mine in crowds but it looks pretty empty in there.But the shelves are so full!After stores closed alot of the junk is shipped overseas.
June 3rd will be here sooner then later n then it will be the end of an era . thank you for giving us one of the last glimpses of.

Is there someone who is going to be like wallieb26 is with Kmart, but with the 99 cents only? He has posters from store fixture displays on his apartment walls, some are gifts or bought during closing stores fixture sale, I don't know if he saved cool kmart documents from dumpster diving, they say they don't loot or take anything when exploring creepy abandoned places like Kmarts
Those merchandise come from the warehouse
My husband works for the HQ of 99 only
I stopped going to my local 99 a couple of weeks ago. There are no groceries. They did have some party goods, plastic ware, gardening, seasonal, Ioni lashes and nails. I was really sad when I visited.
Its difficult to see it like that 😞

I’m not sure, if they don’t have signs with how many days are left then assume they will close by 6/3 the next wave of stores will close this week but they have signs saying it

Well Sway, even if only a few stores do survive the going out of business, then you will have to change your You Tube name. How about Sway Shops? You can do Pop Shelf, Dollar Tree, Homegoods, Dollar General, At Home and others.
Sounds a little to close to sweatshops lol 😂 Maybe something else.
