Thank you for your reaction to this wonderful young lady. I respect you for supporting Angelina Jordan and other talented artists. Angelina was born with a gift and so are all of us. She did not get to this point in her career just on her gift but also on the hard work to achieve what she wants. she practices hours on end day after day. After winning Norway Got Talent, she did not participate in any other competitions, turned down many lucrative contracts from music labels as well as Disney, and even turned down an invitation to last year's AGT The Champions. Angelina's videos have been viewed more than 400 million times on UA-cam and more than 1 billion times on Facebook and that was before appearing on AGT this month. Angelina has already released 2 albums on her private label and will be releasing a third album of all original songs very soon. She accepted an invitation to this season's AGT to gain some exposure in North America where her genre of music ( JAZZ ) is most popular and to fulfill one of her dreams of "singing for Simon". During the taping of the show in October or shortly after AGT became aware of her upcoming new album and her intention to stay independent. After the show was aired, AGT did not post her video on their site and within a week took down many oh her third party videos including Talent Recap video that reached 10 million views. AGT is a business and very unlikely that they will support any artist that they are not going to profit from. My "reliable sources" tell me that she was not even placed in the top 5 finalists. Angelina is the winner in the eyes of millions regardless of the final outcome of the show. Way to go young lady. Stay true to yourself and values. We all love you and support you.

Angelina is Angelina, as usual... I absolutely adore this video for all the reasons mentioned by others. But can we take a moment to appreciate the amazing Norwegian musicians she gets to work with so regularly? The instrumentals in this performance are nothing short of spectacular.

Angelina's sound can't be taught or learnt. It's just natural, she was born with it. There are many children who can sing pop but to understand and replicate the real jazz/soul style it's just uncanny! Such a talent! Don't worry about Angelina. Of course, she was larger than AGTC but IMO she got what she went to do. The exposure to the US market and the world! So, well done, Angelina!

Thank you for doing this reaction to Angelina Jordan. Her performance on AGT reached about 8 or 9 million views before it was taken down. And there are so many new reactors out there reacting to angelinas music that i can’t keep up with it. So she has alot of new fans all around the world so i will say she allready won Even if she dosen’t WIN AGT Champions. But she deserve to WIN AGT that is my personal opinion at least. But in my heart she is allready a winner.
Glad you posted this delightful video. It's a joy to watch. Concerning AGT pulling her performance from You Tube, there's a lot of speculation out there on WHY. First, it's unprecedented that they would do that. She had almost 10M views in just a few days when her performance was pulled from both the AGT official site and the Recap site. So no one but Angelina and AGT knows what is really going on. Here's my take on it, and it's just a guess. I think it centers around the rights to that song/performance. And perhaps signing her to a contract. Shortly after it was withdrawn from the air, she posted her own (Angelina Jordan, Inc.) studio production of this Angelina version of "Bohemian Rhapsody". She placed it on all the premium music channels: Amazon, Apple, Spotify, itunes, etc. So now we know who owns this song and the rights to it forever. She will also be releasing her latest album soon (all originals I think), and she owns that too. So Angelina and her advisers have made it clear that she is in control of her future. And those of us who love her are standing and applauding. She got what see needed from AGT (worldwide exposure and recognition), and now she can put that circus act in her rear view mirror. Her studio production of "Bohemian Rhapsody" is (IMO) the best thing she has ever done. So we see that as we all hoped, see is just getting better and better. I don't really care what happened, because it really doesn't matter in Angelina's case. Who really cares what they think at AGT. This young phenom has amassed over 300 millions views on all of her videos. Does she really need Simon Cowell's stamp of approval. I think not!!!!! Clearly she does not need to prove anything to anyone. She has the Gift... that can't be denied, and thanks to her family, she has the love and support to grow her talent, and to build her career. As a jazz Musician I have to say, I have NEVER heard of any 7 year old singing any Billy, Frank or Ella tunes, especially not the way this young lady does it. Mind blowing !!!!!!!!!!!
I think they got it wrong with regards to these talent shows, the Contestants don't need the Show, the Show needs the talent. Because with out them, there is no show or MONEY. Let's be be honest, that is what this is all about for all theses shows and the industry as a whole. So if you know you will not profit from a young artist, then why invest in them. That is what I believe happened at AGT.
No money to be made of with Angelina, so we push her aside and focus on a talent that has financial potential.

From my understanding, this was her classmates, school band and grandmother (teacher) and I believe that's her uncle in the hallway! AGT can remove her out of their show, but they can never remove her from our hearts. She proved she is more than the show, she is a world champion ! This is the first and last time I watched AGT and only the first show and the finals, only for Angelina Jordan!

It is a simple legal and lawful question of copyrights issue. Nothing personal, nothing to do with supposedly Simon s betrayal, everything to do with lawyers! Angelina is learning now how careful her manager will have to be once her career will be launched. Think of what have happened to Taylor Swift! The lawful money sharks will be swimming in troubled waters all around her!
About the AGT thing, it is a simple question of a copyrights issue, nothing personal, everything about money!

To me, Angelina is already bigger than AGT. It will still take a little while for the whole world to realize that, but she is not in a hurry.. She got exposure and attention through her audition, and she will get even more in the finals, so at the end of the day, we may still send a little thanks to Fremantle for the help, besides being happy if she managed to stay independent...!

Conspiracy theories aside, here are my thoughts on the AGT thing (coming from a huge fan of Angelina that has followed the situation)....
The facts: AGT did not post Angelina's video... I (and a lot of other fans) wondered why, but then within a couple hours, Talent Recap posted the video. The video blew up and got 10M views over a couple weeks (the other 2-3 copies on youtube had a combined 3M views also). After two weeks, the video on Talent Recap was removed for copyright by "Freemantle"....
At this point the common (and probably wrong) speculation was: AGT pulled the video because they didn't want to promote Angelina... perhaps because Angelina wouldn't sign their contracts (?)
Then a new development... Angelina releases her studio version of Bohemian Rhapsody under "Angelina Jordan Inc." (which has quickly climbed onto many charts for streaming services!!)
My conclusions: The song itself has some weird copyright things going on with it that did not allow AGT to publish the video themselves (and that is why they didn't post it).
Talent Recap, which doesn't appear to have any "official" affiliations with AGT (or anybody else that I can tell), got hit with the standard cease and desist copyright block.
When Angelina released the song under Angelina Jordan Inc., it seemed to clear it all up for me (at least the part concerning Angelina). I still don't know what copyright stuff blocked the others from publishing the video, but still allowed Angelina to release a charting song (under her own "label").... but one thing seems obvious... Angelina did not sign any contracts with AGT/Simon (that's a win!) ...and Angelina has released a successful single independently (Big win!).
In summary, the outcome of this show, and the reasons behind the video removal....none of it really matters.
She has had her sites set on greatness nearly since birth. This show is just not big enough to stop Angelina Jordan ;)

This is not a ballad but it is a new music genre she haven’t done before called edm that means electronic dance music. Many of her fans are surprised she does this kind of music genre but she has done a similar to this when she sang with alan walker on the homecoming livestream and it's been out since 31 january.
How can anyone not love this little angel? Her performance on the AGT show was pulled from their website. But it got out before that happened, and has been widely 'reacted to'. Also she has released a studio version of her arrangement of Bohemian Rhapsody on her own label. It's available on iTunes, Amazon and Spotify. So, mission accomplished to broaden her USA audience, no matter what happens with the show. She may well not win, because she clearly will not become part of Simon's machine. Be there is absolutely no stopping Angelina!!!

Your reaction videos are better than most, if not all. The quality of the sound and balance is excellent, and your voice is clear and your words wise. Two things I love about this particular video... Angelina demonstrates her serious jazz chops very early in her career, and her grandmother (Mery) demonstrates her video making skills. Being from Louisiana, I love the N'Awlins jazz throughout this tune, and of course, Angelina's usual, unflappable, confident, talented demonstration of present and future greatness. I'm another of the millions of long term huge fans of AJ and the extraordinary gift that she is to the world. This vid is a favorite. It's not just a display of her talent once again, but is just so sweet and cute--a display of her heart, even as a small child. Last year when I heard that she was going to be on AGT I was hoping it was not true at the time because she was already so far beyond that and bigger than that. I was afraid she'd be boxed in. I was wrong. She killed it with that spine tingling, tear inducing rendition and reconstruction of Bohemian Rhapsody. It was what Anjelina wanted, and now the whole world knows. And the whole world knows that she really is bigger than AGT.
Sometimes I forget what she can do, I get excited to see her name because I know she's amazing. It's just she has been doing what I would consider grown up music or old timer music for ages but I keep getting surprised anyway.

Angelina has her own production company and will stay independent, thus, aside from ratings for NBC, there is no benefit to Simon. As she owns the rights to her cover of Bohemian Rhapsody, and has released the studio version, that is likely the reason for the absence of the AGT version.
This video really tell people that she just want people to smile & be happy & not focus & negative things. She has such a big heart that God gave her & she done so much for so many charities especially for children. (remember why she's barefoot)

The concept of talent shows is brilliant and while they did concentrate on raw talent at the outset, it wasn't long before the "money disease" took over. I have had the opinion for a number of years that each show is carefully orchestrated. Each judge is given a role to play and they rehearse their lines until they are word perfect. Their remarks are often trite and hearing them reminds me of the boilerplate letters one gets from Government departments" Full of empty phrases which sound fine but are meaningless. Sometimes, to their horror they do make a mistaken and a genuine talent gets through. Think Amira Willighagen, Connie Taylor, Courtney Hadwin Laura Bretan, Patricia Janeckova. I follow all of them and they seem to have survived being exposed to Got Talent.
In respect of Angelina and the complete removal of her performance. She has recently released her version of Bohemian Rhapsody to all the major music outlets and done so under her own record label.
That was great the video was super as well to see all those children having so much fun I agree she's got amazing talent her voice is great 👍👍

Whatever shakes out in regards to what appears to be a snub from AGT only time will tell. I wonder if they just couldn't tolerate her star shining brighter than any of their pre-determined winners. But nobody can dim Angelina's star-shine, and it is very comforting to many of us who love her and want the best for her, to know that she won't be swimming with the sharks. Her family is very savvy, and not easily outsmarted, I think. Maybe they had the wisdom to have her BoRhap arrangement copyrighted before she went on the show. If so, could that create a copyright issue for AGT, whereby they would not be able to own the copyright to her performance? I'm just speculating here, without falling into any conspiracy theory trap.

She has all the love and support she needs from her family (Norway has quite a different culture than we do after all). We all know she is a super star, but as long as her voice is still developing, it's smart not to move too fast. I actually feel the Golden Buzzer was all the 'win' she needed.

Can you please react to Diana Ankudinova? She is a young Russian singer (ages 14-16 yrs depending on the video you watch). She has one of the more unique voices you have ever heard. My question was why did she agree to do the Show, because she doesn’t need the Show, they need her, so what did they offer her to do the Show, it must have been huge? She might not know the particulars of the AGT arrangement, I think her mother is very protective of her, so she might be out of that loop. But the best rarely wins these shows, remember We’, she didn’t win either, but her career is well on its way. You can’t keep real talent down.
I read in a comment a while ago that this was filmed at Angelina's real performing arts school in Oslo. That would explain where all the musically talented kids came from & it was produced by her grandma. As far as the AGT thing goes, I think Angelina & her family outsmarted Simon Cowell. They weren't interested in signing with him. It was taped last Oct so the winner has been known since then. She introduced herself to the U.S. public & it was so good it went viral & she was making the actual top 3 finishers look bad. She has already done a studio recording of Bohemian Rhapsody & released it on her label. It's selling like hotcakes & Simon Cowell isn't getting a penny for it. Her version is a whole new song, not really a cover of Bohemian Rhapsody.

Next week or so talent recap will post a video and they said they would talk about why their video of angelina was taken down and it wasnt something serious. Can't wait to hear what the reason is, my guess it's somethign with rights, just seems strange that there would be problems posting a video of her doing a queen song the way she did it.
I have read that people think it has to do with a dispute about contracts if she wins. Kind of makes sense since she is only 14...what her parents want for her.

Good man, Drama!! What goes around comes around, and we'll likely hear the real story behing the removal of Angelina's AGT videoes from AGT affiliated websites when the dust settles after the Finals broadcast on February 17 - if not before.
People who were present when the AGT finals show was recorded in October have revealed that Angelina is not among the top 5 in the final results. If that is true I conclude that the AGT shows are rigged, and am looking forward to hearing Simon C's explanation on HOW it's done and WHY it's done.
Meanwhile we'll keep on smiling - trusting that Angelina and her supportive family will stay well away from AGT. She doesn't need these people to get to where she is going. Let's all support her directly on Spotify, iTunes etc.!
Hoping that someone like Quincy Jones gets involved at some point, like he did with Sarah Vaughan, Dinah Washington and many others years ago. He could help Angelina to get the best people to sing and record with - and help her to find the best material to work with. There seems to be a huge market out there waiting for top quality recordings from Angelina.
Totally agree. It will certainly be interesting but, not really a game-changer for Angelina. She got what she intended to get out of AGT and will now move forward at her chosen pace. I run Spotify through her songs in a playlist several times a day, every day. Just think of what her monthly count would be if all her subscribers/followers did that. Also, bought her her albums and the Bohemian Rhapsody single on Amazon and wrote a 5-star review on it. Let's keep the support real. See what Rusty and Albert are doing, which is above and beyond the call. We can all have a role.
The problem is they seemingly isolated Angelina Jordan for some reason unspecified. And of course she has a community and that community will surely react. I'm sure AGT has some valid reason that they cannot reveal right now. But until then they should understand the sentiment of the fans. I understand that part of the game is to condition the mind of its audience to somehow rally behind to their winners. The AGT contract is available on scribd.com. It is a slave contract, and I'll prove that. Not only is it 45 pages long, but it includes other documents such as a list of "regulations". More egregiously it makes the contestant promise to obey any arbitrary orders the producers dream up in the future. It makes them promise to wear a microphone 24 hours a day, 7 days/week, and makes them give permission for hidden cameras to photograph them in their bedrooms and bathrooms. And it includes this gem (refer to en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Debt_bondage ):
"I further acknowledge and agree that if I knowingly provide misleading or untruthful information, my failure to be truthful will cause Producer and the Network to suffer irreparable harm ... and given that the extent and amount of such damages would be difficult or impossible to ascertain in a court of law, the parties have agreed that a reasonable estimate of those damages would be in excess of $5,000,000. Accordingly, I agree that I shall pay to Producer and the Network an amount equal to $5,000,000, plus reasonable attorneys' fees, as liquidated damages in the event I breach this paragraph."
Than you for sharing this info. Does a contestant have to sign this contract just to participate in the show? As for the microphone & camera provisions, that would seem to border on a criminal invasion of privacy. Would any international law apply? I know that some countries have stricter privacy laws than we do in the US, even though they are often violated with no apparent consequences. The British tabloid press might make a good case study.
Would the application of these rules be different for a minor child? I have a lot of questions about this, and can't imaging Angelina's parents signing her life away.
