- NASI UDUK BETAWI KEBON KACANG ZAINAL FANANI is the first place starting 1967 to sell Nasi Uduk (Coconut rice) in the Area of Kebon Kacang Jakarta.
The Nasi Uduk is so savory and full with the coconut flavor, this is one of my favourite dishes.
With the Nasi Uduk I had tempe and tofu (tahu) which both are really well going with the Nasi Uduk. I also tried the chicken but I think that's not so special here. Anyway if you are going to this amzing Indonesian Street Food Stall, you have to try the Rice (Nasi uduk)
In front of it I found another tradional Indonesian Snack, called Serabi Kuningan. its made out of Flour and Coconut and served with a Sauce made out of sugar and coconut milk. An interesting Indonesian Street food which is not to sweet and good for getting full.

Eike ayam kampung itu memang ayam lokal lebih kecil, asli ayam kampung di desa hanya makan biji bijian dan nasi kering jadi memang bisa dikatakan organik chicken, bukan broiler, memang lebih kecil tapi lebih sehat
Edit : dikota besar aja juga peternakan ayam kampung makanannya di mix biji-bijian dan pelet (makanan ayam produksi pabrik)

just went there today just 5 minutes after they opened but during rahmadan they just sell it takeaway and that means to wait few hours...there were already soooooooo many people waiting.... so will try it after Rahmadan ;)

Bulekulineran..its fried shallots..bawang merah goreng...similar to onion...lol..I love Nasi UDUK...I used to made them and cater for International students during my college time......i like when you said ..ehem..ehem...i can tell you get so excited...like kid open up their toy box...☺....Nasi UDUK ..sambal kacang telor dadar tempe/tahu goreng dan ayam goreng....UHH MANTAP..

Ike....the way to eat them...take the Tofu, Chicken or Tempe dip into the peanut sauce then you eat the rice or vice versa....you don't mix UDUK rice into the peanut sauce..😂
