Oh because it was on the red axle
The steering is controlled by a gear on the top of the model
The steering wheel is fixed

Is it best to unpackage all of the number 1 bagged pieces all at once or is it best to just open the bags and grab the pieces I need per step?
The best is to unbox the all the bags with number 1, and after that you have to pick the piece you need.
