That entire game was great. Vince being totally cool with getting voted out to secure the Lovers win and Kate proving to be the Ultimate Medic Shield by way of sacrifice; it was all just perfect.
Ze's comment, in the style of Kate (mid-dive as she takes the bullet for Michele), was spot-on too, _"Mr. President!"_

So about the boundaries situation, I was actually kind of shocked at how many people were patting his back and agreeing with him when that happened? It’s one thing to set personal boundaries, but the way he did it LIVE and clearly directed at a particular person was so uncomfortable. That on top of him saying “bad people do this” and “doing it just to be annoying” and then to have people THANK him for doing that? this issue could have been smoothly solved in a private chat/call...idk i just felt so bad watching it happen. But I’m glade the night went on and we got some great gameplay moments! I always come here for lighthearted entertainment and to relax, I’ll always be grateful for the laughs :)

@@matte5404 It was something on stream that happened... I would suggest looking at replies to other comments because they explain it well with time stamps from the stream. In short, there was a rant made by Travis that was indirectly criticizing chilled about trolling without saying his name and it wasn’t phrased in the best way... and I’m saying that politely, it made the stream super awkward and uncomfortable for them all. He said that bad people do trolling and that really hurt chilled because THOUSANDS of people across all streams watched the rant. It could’ve been handled in private.

yeah but honestly travis put them in a awkward situation, tell him that he should hold this conversation for after the stream and if he feels like he's not having fun he can just leave while everybody else keeps laughing? you just look like a petty asshole.
It's like the people who get offended during a comedy show and have to stand up and tell the whole audience(that may be laughing at the joke) that since they're offended everybody else should feel offended too. Look up Andrew Schulz' ted talk, he explains it very well.
This was kind of a tough stream to watch but I was impressed on how adult chilled was about someone saying they don't want people to play like they normally play, and telling them how to have fun as if they don't know how to. Proud of you chilled.
it was calling chilled a bad person that really rubbed me the wrong way. and when the EXACT same thing happened in his favor, he was silent. hmm. he apologized eventually but he still wasnt direct with his language and i could tell chilled still was uncomfortable.... still, chilled definitely handled that well (as did everyone else), and it seemed like there was no drama after the session ended

To be fair to Travis, he did apologize and explain that he was just frustrated, which is human it happens to all of us. Travis just had the unfortunate situation of having his bad decision and frustration aired to an audience of 300K people.

I went and found the moment others are talking about. If you don't know what went down, it's the stream from two days ago, 3 hours and 41 minutes long, the game that became an issue starts around 2 hours in, and the rant from Travis starts around 2:30:00 . I get where he was coming from, I do. I've personally had a moment in a recording session where I called someone out for something that was annoying me, but the key point is I directly called them out and didn't try to act holier than thou about it. In my situation the issue was appearing because neither of us was having fun from a misunderstanding at the start, so we fixed it and got back to being bros. Neither one of us called the other person bad, we just said what we took issue with and found a compromise.
in THIS case, I felt like Travis was being cowardly by not saying Chilleds name when it was obvious he was the one being ranted about, especially when he spent the start of the round doing a voice others found so annoying they pretty much muted him till he stopped doing it. The reason I mention that is that it very much feels like a case of, my fun matters but yours doesn't. He was having fun with the voice, but no one else seemed to be, while chilled was having fun trying to help The Glitch, but Travis was the only one taking a huge issue with it.
Glad to see they were able to pull alot of good youtube content from the stream. It was a definitely a bit of a rough one to watch live.
It had to be a real fun one to edit for sure, I appreciate the commitment to Content

Chilled I didn't catch the stream but I just want to say YOU ARE NOT A BAD PERSON. That was a manipulative and nasty twofaced thing for that person to say, I don't care how big their name is and how much weight they think they have to throw around them trying to say you were a BAD PERSON for such truly mild trolling was bullshit and a very controlling tactic. @@MonkeyMan-nl2us if you watch the stream on his Twitch it's about 2 hours and 20 minutes where things start going wrong but the statement made, indirectly but very obviously, that Chilled is a bad person is at like 2:23:something. He cut the game for this video but this video does has him apologizing to one of his viewers about it since things got uncomfortable.

If it's purely banter, like the inside joke of "when in doubt, Cheesy out," then I agree with you, but if it's passed that line and into a stubborn or whiny sack of s*t then the comment holds. There's the infamous segment from the early Among Us days that comes to mind where Rachel was constantly being a negative sh*t because confirmations were on. At that point and time, Chilled's group played with confirmations on and preferred it, and yet, instead of discussing about turning the confirmations off before the stream, she just continued to b*tch about it on stream after every round until Chilled lightly put his foot down and said that if she's not having fun, then she could leave. Makes sense, after all, she joined their group. Their group, their rules. Either accept it and play or do everyone a favor and leave.

How Chilled handled the situation was really soothing too me. I had extreme emotional abuse in my chilhood and the way the other person was acting (i think unitentionally) was very emotionally abusive and very triggering. I had to turn the stream iff when he started going off at/about chilled, it was so awful i was starting to cry. Im glad i turned stream back on bc i saw how chilled handled it and how he talked to about what happened. It gave me hope that this is something i can handle too. With kindness and empathy you can understand that its not about you, its not personal, its about the other person

I watched it from Ze's pov and as so as Travis started ranting I turned it off and I didn't turn it back on because I knew if I did I probably would get sad but yeah I can agree with what you said and I'm glad you made the choice to turn off the stream.
I absolutely think Travis was in the wrong in this situation and the whole thing made me super angry. However, being an asshole and being emotionally abusive are two *very* different things and it's important to not confuse the two.

@@eveleene3613 I’m 3 weeks late but yeah it was so frustrating to watch and listen to his pompous rant but what frustrated even more is that no one defended chilled and from watching the different pov’s everyone seemed to be kissing travs ass except for Ze and Cheesy. Cheesy thought some of that was also aimed at him because both chilled and cheesy were being their usual chaotic selfs. Idk if it’s just me but if someone calls my friends bad people I’m going to defend them.

That first game, there was too much doubt from the group on Chilled's role, as suspect as it may have appeared. But he was pretty much confirmed, no?
Trav took him out in the one round. Trav claimed that Chilled tried to shoot him, but it must have back fired (so Trav tried to claim he was good.)
But.... Chilled is able to verify that he never fired. That immediately debunks Trav's theory.
As a sheriff, Chilled would have no reason to lie, and would in fact be correct in accusing an impostor correctly.
As an impostor, well... Trav's story doesn't make sense whatsoever then.
This was a great recovery to the stream. After a few players complained about their circumstance and their inability to play on the same level as Chilled. It really sucked the life out of the game because they wanted everyone to come down to their level. This game is about deception and achieving personal agendas. May Chaos Reign

As someone who "watched" travis's content (with his brothers) for a log time I'm so surprised about all of this. I didn't watch the stream (or want to tbh for my own mental health) and I don't understand how this Travis and the one who plays DnD in a podcast are the same. I'm honestly confused and hurt that he did that (from what I heard of the situation).
I know I'm late to the party, but watching the McElroys play in dimension 20 was pretty frustrating too. They had a way of stealing the spotlight often, and very much played their own way, often making the other players have to adapt to their way of play.
I'm sure that they are great and entertaining people outside of their online content, but they have a way of interacting with other personalities that is very commanding and pretty manipulative.
You finally got both that sheriff and lover win back to back. It doesn't matter who got butthurt cause you played some of the most stupendous rounds I've seen in a while last night. 👏👏👏👏 Keep it up!

Hearing Travis in Chilled's video just triggers me so much! Being so entitled and outright calling Chilled a bad guy for playing chaotic is such a scummy thing to do. And guilt tripping Base and Vince into siding with him seemed to really get under Chilled's skin. Chilled is an amazing person, especially so for how well he handled the situation, and I hope we don't have to see that spoiled brat on one of his sessions ever again

Long videos and extracts from streams tend not to draw new people in very often. When people are looking for new content, they usually want something that will grasp their attention and is easy to watch. Shorter videos are better for that, so youtube is less likely to recommend long videos.

@@SamuraiPipotchi Perhaps I'm the weird one here, but I prefer longer videos, especially if it's unedited right from a stream. It gives us a genuine look at the UA-camr's character and personality instead of whatever narrative they might try to push through their editing. Plus, an hour-long video doesn't require any person to watch the full extent in one sitting. I have, on many occasions, paused a video part way and finished it up later. It just means I have more content to enjoy than a short 15-30 minute long video and then having to wait for the next one.

You know Alabama isn't even in the top 10 for that joke to work anymore. In fact, the USA is not even close to being the country with the highest percent of that going on. The highest would be Pakistan with 70% of their population being blood related. Where as the US is around 0.1% of it's population being blood related.
