invest in a vax spotwash mate, I have one, they aren't expensive, and it will bring up those seats a treat!
I have a wet vac. Can’t remember the brand but it’s decent enough for £160
Get it through an MOT, change the oil and oil filter and sell it. I wouldn't go too far with it, it's an old car. I'm doing a 2005 Clio at the moment, got its MOT today so fingers crossed 😊
Agree its not worth the time and money just mot it wack a bumper on it,mules are to high only worth 800,1k max
I would option 2 it. tidy up the front, wet vac the interior, tidy up the wheels, new trims, maybe a £1195 motor with a 12 month ticket on it? ideal for takeaway delivery driver etc
Id go option 2 mate, great little cars these mk6 fiestas had a couple of them both were brill. Will do someone a cheap little car. Keep up good work
I used to do these sort of cars all the time, get em in for an mot first see what it fails on then do the bodywork
I have an 04 Mk6 Fiesta Finesse, so poverty spec.
I love it.
I also have an E39 M5, E60 530i & Triumph Stag but the Fiesta comes into its own round town and for local trips.
Even though it's 20 years old and entry-level, it has:
- PAS
- ABS
- CD Player (player, player, player)
- Internal boot release (unlike my E60)
as well as excellent heaters, sharp steering and great handling.
you can take the seat base off to clean it, there are 2 10mm headed bolts underneath, i use washing up liquid & wash them or hose them down
Hi, Interesting video, what i would do is get it thru an MOT , make it as safe as you can, then sell it as a project car, some young person/new driver would love it im sure. from Nick in Wolsingham.
Good video I would go for option two their is some good profit in this car😂
Phil in stoke
Even with that millage u think,I don't buy over 1ook miles or so
The boot wont open while ignition is on buddy . Press boot button with the keys out the ignition and will work fine .
Thats a shame best of luck changing it out . Enjoy the content you put out keep it up fella
Option 1 get it clean and safe an get it up at 895 cause otherwise there's no money in it as Paint cost 150 per panel x3 replace bonnet 60 wing 45 bumper 60 plus time all that on basically an 895 car you might have parts for it but you still got to factor in the price of em they could be sold or used on something else in - out money into next one it will sell in January
Im with you on the towing eye delete 😂 i look at tyres and discs and if it's taxed quarterly... points to a car badly minded and not a good buy.
The tow eye cover is only missing because it has been towed generally but it could of popped out when it was bumped
@@Budgetbangers true, but you've bought enough bangers to spot one a mile off 😁👍🇮🇪
just bought a tango colour one from coundon, £400 83k on the clock, just needs a set of wings
I don't understand a lot of this refurb stuff, i always consider a ropey looking car , but mechanically sound as a better deal then standing getting wet at the bus stop.
a blowtorch will bring back the colour in those plastics
ah ok, i have seen others try it so thought i would suggest it
@@Budgetbangers
Just get her a MOT on it, and sell on, someone probably use it for the year then scrap it afterwards I expect, the mentality of people these days, disgusting
Well if it gives somebody a years worth of driving / a newbie the chance to get experience then what is the problem .. Yeah the old girl is getting on and realistically she hasn't too long left ..but if it gives somebody a year/couple of years motoring ..then fair play
personally i think opinion 2 £1100.
i couldnt help notice you have 1400 plus views and only 800 + subscribers it would be great if you could at least get your 1000 subscribers so you can start earning money from the channel it doesnt cost anyone to subscribe and your out in all weather making these videos i think you deserve it
No easy way of saying this... It is almost 19 Years old... Do you not think it has "Done its little bit"
It has covered 134,273 miles on the last MOT (NOT including when the mileage was reduced by -41,219 miles on the 12th January 2016 MOT)
It is NOT the 1970s anymore.. You can ONLY "Clock" cars if they have not yet had an MOT.
So it is safe to say this car has covered around 170,000 Miles and is almost 19 Years old...... It has "Done its little bit" and some.
Who is going to want to drive about in that ..Unless it comes with a paper bag to put over your head while you are driving it... so no one can see who you are.
I would not use it as a dog kennel. I have scrapped much better cars than that!
Tow /drive it into the scrap yard and leave it there.
Wow does your keyboard need a break after that. Thanks for the tip I’ll make sure if it gets advertised it comes with a free paper bag
you will be surprised .. I put an 06 plate Astra up for £400 due to my father giving up driving and he wanted rid of it sharpish ..and i had 25 facebook market place messages in 20 mins .. People where literally gagging for the car .. there is always a market for cheap runabouts ..and so what if it lasts 1 more year .. it gives somebody a years motoring pretty darn cheap ..
Great video mate keep up the good work ❤
Thanks 🙏
