I just got my DVD yesterday after a long search and it instantly became my favorite, I only watched Neumeierr's introduction and it brought me to tears. Now I have to sit down, turn off the world, get a lot of tissues and watch the ballet itself. Jiri is incredible, you rarely see such expression in ballet, he made the King's suffering so real it made me breathless.
And Neumeier's introduction was so beautiful.. he is such intelligent and sensitive man, he spoke with his soul. The way he explained the meaning of each dance, expression, let us know the characters. He is a genius
