One of the biggest things is making sure new recruits are prepared before they join. There are ships they should have before even going in. Especially hole defense ships and a rolling ship of some kind and then whatever they are going to make money with. Make sure they understand that if people come to fight they need to give them a fight or risk facing eviction for denying content. Seen that happen too many times. Everyone docks up and deny fights and next thing you know they are getting evicted.
You're spot on pal and it's something we're working hard on. The nice thing is it doesn't take long to remove the fear of losing a ship when you're in wormholes!
Small corporations best corporations, if know your team, get direct support or even get some tasks that make you feel as a valuable part of the the group. Also pvp is so good in a small scale where your action really have an impact. And especially in wh space where you have the mass limitation of the connections and the cost/efficiency of industry and PI.
"I'm a mole & live in a hole" :) I used to run a training alliance back in the day, as well as null sec alts in major alliances but never lived in WH or liked their restrictions and never would go now with no asset safety - slight crazy change ccp made there. They seem to love to create lots of ways to lose your investments and buy more packs. Although ships dying was one of it biggest draws but I think maybe they gone too far, as eve is a really a decades game with huge investments - I wish you all well and although not an active player other than a little very limited alpha log in's keeping up with game changes and events. Interesting watch - thanks
IGN - Sara 7 … loved the content particularly hearing about how a small Corporation needs to support each other. I’m a confirmed WH day-tripper - I love jumping into wormholes when the appear in my nullsec home and the variety of content is always exciting for me. One of the challenges I find with the wormhole life though would be my perception that I have less options for industry compared to nullsec ? Love to see a video exploring that. Keep up the great vids.
The industry thing is probably true, there is a general limitation in that you can't build Supers in J-space, but on top of that the logistics is so much more challenging and you really have to be able to defend your system as soon as you start showing anything of reasonable size. Ooh, also no R8-64 moons. Thanks for watching!
Really looking forward to this series. We have a newbro wormhole corp and your my life as a director series was instrumental in our early success. We should meet up for a fight one day!
might be interested in joining corp. was in one for first 3 months i started EvE then got evicted by 30 man multiboxer lol we where just corp of 4 or 5 people. joined goon to see how null sec life was but i am still always in the wormholes lol what Level WH you stationed in ?
do you guys recruiting ? i played few months before quit around 6 or 8 months ago, pretty new with pvp wormhole think about comeback but still not sure about this
I guess my original comment was deleted or something? Enjoying living the wormhole life vicariously through you, if I wasn't happy in my losec corp I'd go to WH space full time in a heartbeat. Also the Heron / Buzzard look adorable in that deathglow remnant skin! IGN EdgiestLime
Soon probing becomes the killer that everyone gets fed up doing . There`s only so much repetitive gaming one can do before minecraft seems like fun again .
Scanning out the chain is utterly trivialized when you have a perfect scanner trained. Most wormhole groups, at least ones that prioritize maintaining a competitive edge, require a scanning alt. Opportunities in wormholes are lucrative enough to pay for an alt, and being the first to find content/pve/k-space connections IMO, is incentive enough.
Me and 2 buddies just came back to eve after about 5 years off. You reqruiting some old vets that need some refreshers on wh living? Whats ur ingame name?
I appreciate you did this video and the suject of this video was exactlt what i was looking for you but i felt like you didnt just focus on your subject mattter especially for Part 1 - You spent so far 11 minutes so far and i have 0 information on actually being in a wh corp let alone running one. You kept sidlining into RL issues taking a director away, touched on secuirty being important but with no actual reasoing - like part 2 secuirty of your wh corp - then you brought up a member who infiltrated corp.... I think you catch my drift by now. If you have also videos before on running a corp everything you have said over now 15 mins has given me zero information into setting up a corp in wh let alone even running one. I am hoping at some point you you get onto the actual subject of Running a WH corp. How it differs from running a fixed system corp, surivial in wh, logistics, do i need a base, what type of wh do you advise - how many players or members do you need etc etc. just wanted to explain thisbecause for now i am giving your vid a thumbs down. Sorry if 337 other ppl disaggre with me, oh god, talking about members stepping up to the plate in more detail later - damn -0 we are 17 mins in.
25 mins and your taking about cap ships - Im sorry - i appreciate you must have large knowledge of somehow running a corp if you can and do build caps and if you build in wh space but this is not a part 1 on running a corp in wh space. Alos it his the most advert break in a vdeo i have ever come across. All the best i am hope my critism was constructive and didnt come across toxic

Happened to me once. Had a small astra and didn't understand wormhole bushido.
Watched all the way through, interesting advice, thank you for taking the time to share.
Thanks for watching pal!
Glad to see you are keeping up with really interesting information.
Thank you!
Nice work!! Love the thought process behind how you are going to do this. IGN-Raven Skytower

Haha for sure, but at least the changes to corporation projects should allow us to reward and incentivise now!
