    I am so very grateful to have the opportunity to listen to the Paul Mazursky. I loved the story about Pauline Kael calling and telling him to ignore the harsh criticism of Kenneth Tynan. That was a very empathetic and generous act on her part. I am a man, but I often think that women can be much more aware of what needs to be said. AL

    I am shocked that only 237 people have seen this on you tube. I am glad to be one of them. He's like the Zelig of show biz connected to every post wwII movement in entertainment. Except unlike Zelig he contributed to the art of each association. Actors studio, second city, hollywood, the york theatre, actor, writer and director in live and film comedy and drama. I had forgotten the breadth of his talent. From Greenwich village to Beverly hills. I am floored. I am both happy and sad, I did not realize that he was in his eighties now. But of course he is, he was blooming in the 1950's. I feel that the 30 year old in him is still at his helm despite his age, common in many real artists.
