@@amandagorske2141 it doesn't matter. after she got a refund, she was not supposed to try to get the missing ecb from CS. that's the reason they changed the policy. ppl returning stuff just to get the ecb. they would've flagged her account for sure. they are banning ppl from their stores and it's been recent.
I know the reason you got that much back. If you know, don't tell your subscribers because CVS changed their policy because of ppl doing returns after getting ECBs. Ignore anybody asking you how the cashier did it bcuz those ppl are fraudsters and they already fucked up the coupon policy.
Honestly I just let my cashier do their job and how the system process it. All I wanted was to get the money I paid with ($50 with taxes) and the ecb I rolled $10.

Then you tried to contact CS to get them to give you $30 after you knew you returned the items connected to the ecb. And this is the reason we have limits and they're banning accounts. too bad you didn't reach them because they would've banned your account once they saw the returns.
Did you find out where the funds were used on a purchase there is someone out of Kansas doing this to Walgreens accounts

How did you get the coupon value back? Usually at CVS you don't get the coupon value back when doing a return
Similar with returning without receipt. It will credit the amount of the item ( least / sale price)
