Can I join a High School Exchange Year after I finish my Dutch high school (Havo 5)? (At the time I finish havo I will be 16 and about to turn 17 in August).

you can! i'm also Dutch and when i finish havo 5, i'm planning on going on exchange year to Sweden and going to "high school" (or whatever they call it there)
