Aubrey Norton leads spirited nomination day activities at Congress Place

Recently, Nomination Day within the People's National Congress Reform (PNCR), saw various groups and districts submit their nominees for the upcoming PNCR Congress scheduled for June 28-30, 2024.
With an atmosphere filled with excitement, the event saw strong support for incumbent leader Aubrey Norton. Members were nominated for positions like Leader, Chairman, Vice-Chairmen, Treasurer, and Committee Members.

Too many empty talks from and by the Guyanese Africans who continue to parrot 🦜 the languages and cliches of the United States Africans who continue to fight a losing battle for socioeconomic and political "well-to-doness" against the United States Europeans, the so-called "whites"😢😮
In his 1964 Inaugural address to the nation, Burnham, who elevated the nation to a status of Nationhood and Republicanism, spoke of the ethnic groups in Guyana: Amerindians, East Indians, Africans, Europeans, Portuguese, Chinese and people of mixed ethnicities.
Never had he once used the European caricatures:
Yellow (Chinese), Red or bucks (Amerindians), Coolies (East Indians), blacks (Africans) whities or pigs (Europeans), etc.
Burnham was said to be a Pan-Africanist who respected and adored his African heritage and achievements as much as the Chinese, Europeans, East Indians and other ethnic groups did and still do in respect of theirs.
From India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, one is ancestrally Indian - Assyrin, if you will;
From China, one is Chinese; etc.
Hence, from Africa, one is African - not a chemical compound of colours.
Guyana is NOT the United States, even though United States dictates its political and economic life.
