Dimbir Tashi Dhargye is a Ladakhi life long supporter of Tibet. At 88, he is still a steady friend, as he was in his youth. During adolescence, he has traversed through India, on foot, raising awareness about Tibet and China’s illegal occupation of the country. We sat down with Mr. Dimbir to recollect his campaign and activism during his younger days.

Thank you to Tashi Dhargyela from the bottom of my heart. We love our Ladakhi brothers and sisters, and all our brothers and sisters along the Himalayas. We have to preserve our special traditions, heritage languages.
As a Ladakhi i've always wanted to visit tibet, where so many accomplished masters carried out so many enlightened deeds. My great-grandfather visited tibet and my maternal great-grandfathers used to go to tibet for trade. I found out that Ladakh and Tibet were one country during the times of Chosgyal Trisong Detsen.
Thank you so much Dhimbir family for supporting Tibet .

This man needs to eat his ancestrally appropriate pure nomadic diet, which is primarily a ruminant red meat diet, and give up all sugars and carbohydrate-rich foods like tsampa, bread, and rice as they all turn into sugar once you ingest them. No alcohol, either.
You can see that his neurological processing is slower than usual, and his hands shake. Ketone is a cleaner fuel for his brain than carbohydrates. Your body will switch to fat burning after a few days of stopping the carbohydrates.
Eliminating all carbs and eating high-fat red meat will help reverse or improve these conditions, depending on the severity.
And drink salted teas, with or without butter. Salt is an essential electrolyte that humans must consume.
Fruit's natural sugar fructose is toxic to the human body and brain.
Thanks for the cholesterol rich diet, i'll have my cardiologist on the speed dial.
@hellboundtruck123 Cholesterol is essential for human life. Without cholesterol, humans will die.
Cholesterol is not a disease.
It's a medical myth that cholesterol causes heart disease.
Doctors, including cardiologists and lipidologists, regurgitate pharmaceutical lies and willy-nilly push cholesterol-lowering drugs that essentially DO NOT save lives and cause various other diseases in the body, including type 2 and type 3 diabetes.
Without cholesterol, the brain will cease to function. The brain is made of fat and cholesterol.
Higher cholesterol level is associated with a better quality of life and longevity.
He is 89/90 years. My grandfather. Q
@@jigmeyangchen3952 Low cholesterol is associated with mortality from stroke, heart disease, and cancer, so why would anyone want to lower one of the essential natural defence mechanisms of your body, cholesterol?
Your body makes cholesterol, and cholesterol is NOT a disease.
The reason people have statin-induced dementia is that it crosses the blood-brain barrier and stops the brain cholesterol synthesis (making).
Yes, cholesterol is so crucial for our brain that the brain makes its own cholesterol.
