Coach tells his journey how his playing days to then becoming a coach. We then dive into his coaching philosophy when it comes to having such a talented Quarterback room and the difficulties there are to keeping guys from transferring. Finally, Sark talks about how he ended up at Texas and what he thinks the greatest rivalry in college football is. Big hugs, tiny kisses.

Im Die hard Texas fan. Grew up with OU fans. Ive never been. Its on my bucket list. But I know fans on both sides that have been. Both say there's nothing like it irl. They say the stadium will literally feel like it's shaking at times.
Bro, as a Texas fan I never knew the 2009 Championship game was "controversial"? 😂 There was obviously a second left. We've moved on from that era and had like 3 other era's since. Really funny to hear folks still discussing something I completely forgot about.
There was not a second left and as per the B12 rules at the time the play was not reviewable but of course the head of B12 officials, a Texas alum, demanded the play be reviewed. That's ok, this accelerated Nebraska's departure for a better conference. Texas will no longer get away with the stuff they did in the B12 in the SEC.

After the 2009 Big 12 CG, Colt actually said he would have thrown the ball at the ground in the field of play instead of out of bounds, because he thought the clock stopped when the ball(in the air) crossed the sidelines and not when it hit the ground. Great job by the TV crew to follow the ball as it hit the ground. Huskers are poor losers, just like after the 1st Big 12 CG when they lost to Texas.
RRR is the best sporting event I have ever attended.

The first time I went to the RRR I was 8 and a group of grown men yelled at me the entire game. It created a sort of hate for Texas that I don’t have for anything or anyone else. As an OU fan in Dallas, I wouldn’t have it any other way

@@letsgobrandon1939 I hope so. Red river and the Cotton bowl go together. The State Fair is part of the reason why the game is so awesome. I think the A&M game was often more heated. But the OU game was always an event. the A&M game was one afternoon or night. The OU game was the full weekend. I always get there early and go to the fair. If Texas wins then it is fun to stay. If Texas loses, then it is time to leave. ;) Putting it in Jerry Word would kill some of specialness of the rivalry.

I think he made the right decision. Sarks one of the best play callers in the country. His offense is very QB friendly but also it translates to the NFL. Sark has landed the best offensive line class in the country two years in a row. Texas has also recruited elite RB prospects year after year. Texas also has recruited some of the best receivers from across the nation. Arch is in about as good hands as he could be in.
@@Pietotheskyfacts, he’s surrounded by a ton of talent each and every year. Plus he’s going to continue being challenged to be a better qb by sark. Great choice.
It wasn’t just about football. He loves the city, the university life, and the opportunities the school provides outside of sports. His family also is aware of Sarks ability to develop QB’s. It was more than just which team could he easily win a championship with.
This guys too political. No intensity or passion like Beamer or the coaches from Tennessee or harbaugh.
