Love Babycat! Wonder why I don't get any vanilla from Nishane Hundred Silent Ways and Poets of Berlin , not a fan. I have small size Divine Vanille and Kay Ali Vanilla 28. Would check out Ruby Naga but I have VCA Orchidee Vanille ,love that one. Nice picks!

I got a sample of Babycat and I was so happy I wasn’t blown away. It smells synthetic to me. The drydown is much better but I much prefer Vanille Havane and they smell similar to me. Just got my full bottle of it and I can’t get enough ❤
Babycat has that rubber smell, like Rosendo Mateu n5

I'm in vanilla scent heaven 😇😇😇 p.s. If one can't get Babycat, Vanagloria & Rosendo Mateu 5 are great alternatives. My favorite all year round vanilla is Love & Crime by Ex Idolo.
Indult Tihota is my favorite straight linear vanilla blind buy on your recommendation years ago. I like Kayali vanilla 28, but I love Material. I’m interested in babycat now. Thank you.
tihota is way too masculine though, should be marketed as a mens scent or at least unisex...definitely a masculine, dark, woody, boozey vanilla not a feminine one. I think Jovoy Fire at will or Vaniglia mazzolari is more feminine

For those of you who cannot grab BABYCAT like myself. The best best vanillas are VANILLA BARKA by AMOUAGE & VANAGLORIA by LABORATORIO OLFACTIVO
( same master perfumer, I find vanilla barka is a bit sweeter, VANAGLORIA is the same as it was FIRST , and Babycat is the clone. )
Vanilla Barka is everything. I can't believe how long it's taking people to talk about this. It's a pretty penny though. Vanagloria is garbage to me and has a weird chemical opening I can't get past.
Vanilla Barka is INCREDIBLE. For me, it smells the same as babycat in an attar form 😉❤️
Vanagloria is my favorite vanilla fragrance.

You're right, the, Cherosa '71 is not always available in Dubai. But I go to Sephora in Dubai Mall, and sometimes when I don't see it on the shelf I'll cheekily ask if they have it in storage, and sometimes I'm lucky in that they'll find it tucked away in a drawer somewhere😀.
Dior Fahrenheit Parfum has an interesting take on vanilla and smells luxurious!

I love the OG Note Vanillee. The best boozy vanilla I’ve ever tried. I gave the new bottle and it’s been reforumulated. It’s still a nice expensive smelling vanilla but it’s more Vanilla & florals but it’s missing that cognac & rum syrupy addictiveness it has before. Do you know why it was reformulated?. Someone said DUA booze & vanilla is similar to the OG. I might try that next.

My favorite linear vanilla is Escapade Gourmande by Maison Mataha, I discovered it before it got popular on UA-cam and now my bottle is almost gone and I can't find a backup bottle anywhere..its better than all other linear vanillas in its category

Tom Ford's "Vanille Fatale" is pretty similiar to the Sol de Jinero body spray but with some woodsy notes.. it's so rich and is absolutely fantastic. 🙄
The Sol de Janeiro Cheriosa 71 has an amazing scent, but the longevity is abysmal. I have no idea what formulation you have, but on my skin I can't even get it to last long enough for anyone to even notice it. Literally, I cannot smell it on my skin after 10 minutes! I even tried the fragrance in eau de parfum and the longevity of that one is embarrassing too. Would not repurchase simply for that.

Hi Demi I bought vanilla 28 from Sephora in us for me it doesn’t last 8 hours at all, I heard in USA FDA doesn’t allow perfumes to have more concentration like Europe. I know for sure perfumes I bought from Europe last longer does all perfumers make different perfumes to different countries because I also know the ones I bought from Dubai doesn’t last longer either well not the oud ones, I wish you canreply to me thanks.
