@3:45 to 3:54 then Go to 6:50 to say 7:00 ? Reduction tank liner only tack welds to the bottom and kind of floats under the choke ring ? Or do we seal weld it all around like the square gas outlet and the 3 inch clean out ?

Yes, I do skip welds inside both top and bottom of reduction tank, any outside welds are full airtight
