For me the best advice is to "outwork everyone" . He says that if you wake up early at 03am and do your first session at 04am you will be able to make 4 sessions in a day. Then by year 4 or 5 nobody will be able to catch up. Kobe you are a Hero
You can wake up at 2 PM and have 4 sessions in a day. Where's the logic in this idea that waking up earlier means you magically have more time in the day?
Of course, you are right that, presuming everyone is awake for roughly 16 hours a day then whatever time you wake up should not affect the amount of times you can practice. However, at 4am, or even at anytime in the early morning most people are asleep which limits the possibility of you being distracted.

I think that is directly tied to his love for the game. When you love something and crave excelling in it, the hard work comes much easier. It's still work, but you feel like it's worth it. That's why it is important to find something you enjoy to have the best chance at succeding in it. Even if you don't love your current job, if you find some aspect of it or some purpose to it that motivates you to do more than required or expected, you'll stand out and feel good about yourself at the end of the day.

Then again it's not always good to measure your success by someone else's that might lead to discouragement and low self esteem but what most of us ought to do is take notes here and there from guys like this and use that to improve ourselves because some of this stuff could be beneficial at least to people like me

Im training now every day multiple time since january and never was injured

I love Kobes mindset and everything about him, but, surely you can’t train 4 times a day without feeling tired/ getting injured etc, I believe you need to be smart like athletes are these days and not go and train at 4am before a game or do something else stupid. I’m all for working hard but I am injury prone know as I have continuously overworked myself and I haven’t even been doing 3 or 4 sessions a day. Just a little food for though.....😴
