Excellent video guys! I’ve lived in south east Northumberland all my life but really fancy this. Probably doing it in the spring or early summer 2019. Looks like you guys were riding hardtails, was that comfortable enough or would a light weight full suss have been better?
Hi Dave thanks for the feedback, if you have a light weight xc bike that would be ideal, although we found the hard tails comfortable enough. Enjoy your ride it's a fantastic part of the country with some great biking routes. Steve
Hi Paul, I would strongly recommend grabbing a map and a GPX if possible, although the route is singed in places, some twists and turns can easily be missed. It is a great ride and well worth doing, if you do get the opportunity.
If you have a smart phone you can always use something like Motionx GPS or Viewranger as well, this allows you to get very detailed info about the area around where you currently are located.
Great videos keep it up
Thanks for the positive comments, cheers.

Thanks , just got the waterproof map. its not in great detail so I can imagine the ride might take a while constantly looking out for signs etc.

Viewranger looks excellent, had no idea it existed ! will investigate it further. Thanks again.
