be a legend and leave an amazing farm for the 1.20 update 👇
Call me a mad lad, but i wanna farm the bundle, think you could be the first minecrafter to come up with the farm ?
cow farm

Notch Apple Farm 😏
bamboo farm for the new update but with mega profits
I love this update especially the archeology and bamboo wood I love these concepts before bamboo was honestly kind of useless and archeology is super cool! The cherry wood is also very beautiful and the flowers of the tree very cool update!
They should put those new flowers to use with potion brewing!
Wattles, the I’m a live musician and there’s nothing I love more than coming home from a gig at 3am EST and watching your videos and playing MC thanks for all you do! I’ve been here since 100k give or take :) can’t wait for the next guide episode!!
On bedrock you are able to grow multiple flowers with bone meal like you showed, and they grow even more flowers if the spread upwards as well. This allows us to compost the extra flowers to make more bone meal than you put in, like a moss farm. In fact, we have designs for self sufficient flower farms with zero bone meal input
In bedrock (haven't seen it in java) if you dig a block out and put a flower in the one block deep hole, bone meal it, you get a bigger group of flowers with one bone meal
Started a new world on 1.2, and for the first farm I went with a wheat/potato/carrot farm to get that alternating crop boost with a couple of beehives helping. Just finished a kelp farm that produces tons of kelp for kelp blocks and bone meal
Omg you are a genius, thanks for the tip to compost the sniffer seeds :D
11:16 “you’ll be fully bricked up”
Love your work man
Bamboo wood is huge for auto wood farms. Also, upgrade templates might be expanded beyond netherite in the future so that means new armor and tool sets.
What's even better about the clay farming method is that you can actually farm dirt now: Make a stone generator (regular stone, NOT cobblestone), turn the stone into moss, plant an Azalea bush on it, bone meal it until it grows into a tree and turns the moss into rooted dirt. Then you just turn the dirt into mud, place it on the dripstone, and get clay. The best part is that most of the steps can be automated.
All these steps can be automated.
You just need to make sure you compost enough material in a secondary stone->moss farm that can sustain itself and feed bonemeal to a stone->moss strip and the block above the moss in case an azalea appears, so it gets bone meal. So you need piston pushers moving the wood and the rooted dirt under it.
Separate the dirt in a block conveyor to pass to a dispenser with water bottles. Empty water bottles can be picked up with hoppers then moved to a dispenser in front of a water source block that runs one block over to a drop that throws the filled water bottle into said drop, picked up by hopper and put in the original dispenser.
The mud strip formed keeps going in a block conveyor and put over an array of dripstone (you can use 11x12 platforms). You can set a hopper clock (Etho clock) triggered to start when each platform is filled so you have enough time for converting to clay all or at least most mud. The it pushes the clay and put in another conveyor either for block storage (to break manually) or to be blown by TNT then collected by hopper to be put in chest.
It is a bit complicated, but I think both Etho and specially Ilmango made such things.
@@chaoswarriorbrCould you make a video of it? I am not that good at making farms but I got fascinated by your idea
Oh im so bricked up watching wattles rn thanks for the brick farming tip😎👌
I love the ancient plants they added I got some sniffer eggs and started an ancient plant farm/sniffer farm and I put some sniffers on a tropical jungle island with ancient tropical plants and just tropical plants it's kind of minecraft Jurassic Park or something.
Man your videos are the best 👌
Also I love your videos they are always fun to watch!
Right on time 👍
Sadly, they made a change for 1.20.5 where they made a “enhancement,” for hoppers. Which they removed the ability for items to be pulled from underneath a block. So yeah.
Great video !
Everything series- block pallet and/or how to make designs for building walls, paths, roofs etc, or could be a new series
Lessssgoo new Wattles' vid
Love your videos man glad to watch early
thank ya!!
Wonderful Video, as usual.
thank u!!
Bamboo farm and sugar cane farm are a must
guess its that time of year where i obsess over minecraft for 2 weeks
lets gooo
i have an extremely efficient cactus farm and get constant double chests of cacti so i just drop that in a giant chest hopper chain to the composter, easy bonemeal
I have a similar iron farm to your 1.19 version. I used magma blocks under the water to damage the golem before the drop, and an extra lava layer in the kill box. It resulted in a slightly higher production rate.
You can make a Stray farm by modifying a skeleton farm with a cobweb and bucket of powder snow. The arrows of slowness are worth it. I have unlimited arrows and enough bone blocks that I built a big creeper farm out of them. The creeper farm is great for xp, rockets, and TNT. It is built over an ocean, so I can fish while I wait for creepers to drop.
A lava farm, AFK cobblestone farm, stone farm, basalt farm, and raid farm are very useful.
I am going to make this fa
this is goooddd
This is going to be extra useful since me and my partner just started our minecraft world together 👍🏼✨
Enjoy your time fellas !!!
@@EL70CINE thank you!
Fun fact. You can feed sniffers torchflower seeds in order to breed them and get another sniffer egg.
Sniffer-farm is my "must have"! ❤
There is also a skulk xp farm that is pretty good. You get a good amount of XP and skulk blocks at the same time
Hello everyone, I hope you're doing great!
I'm new to Minecraft and after playing for couple of days the game sucked me in LOL and I'm now looking at all these UA-cam videos and guide about building and farms and mechanics of the game. Since i spawned on a small island with double villages to the sides I decided to make like a mega base or a compound in the middle so i made a small underground starter base, a cow crusher and a wheat farm, then i kind of got lost and overwhelmed by how complicated the game is So i wanted to ask you guys what's the best way to do this ? or in what order should i build farms and such? For example:
1/ starter base with some storage and workstations
2/ Crops Farm
3/ Cow Crusher
......
Thanks
Personally, when I play Survival, I focus on getting a source of food first, then I work on villager stuff while building my starter base. So, imho, a cow farm or crop farm should be first, then a villager breeder to generate villagers while you're building that first home. Villagers are the gateway to lots of powerful things like enchantments and an iron farm, so they should be a priority. Enjoy the game, it's a wonderful time!
Wake up guys, Our godfather, the most handsome of them all just posted a new video 🔥
Better than STA
I think Quincy would be proud😁😁
10:57 bros laugh is so addicting idk how
thank you
Would have been really cool if the devs made the hanging sign with copper. ❤ giving yet another use to a semi unuseful block. Copper doesn't have many uses so this is definitely a missed opportunity on their part. And would ahve given it a very cool look with the different colour
We would've gotten another golem if the sniffer didn't get so many votes. The golem would've been outta copper with the copper buttons as well.
Amethyst and Obsidian make a beautiful checkerboard floor.
i like to see a salmon farm from you, beater than mine ;)
the mud to clay thing is very quick
..... like if you are manually doing it you only need one bottle and about 15 spots to put dirt with infinite water next to it... at least a few will always be ready to harvest and replace by the time you harvest and replace the ones that convert first
I made the 2x2 wide about 20 blocks long floor of the hallway to my furnace room out of the dirt, dripstone block, dripstone, air, block (obviously you only see the mud/clay) but I just swap some of it out with new dirt+water bottle from a chest and pool in the wall every time I go to mass smelt something else, until I have enough clay to mass smelt, then I play the hallway harvest while that clay smelts in a loop for a bit and go back to adventures
Even with mud blocks, I still like tango teks sugar cane farm, but if I were to build a sugar cane and bamboo farm I'd go with mud bc tango farm doesn't work with bamboo
11:10 i dont need the farm to get that brick
In fact I got that brick rn 😏
You're obsessed with Bamboo :D 😂
Wattles should start a server
If you still want lime dye smelt sea pickles to get it instead of crafting cacti green and bone meal white
👁️👁️
Oh yeah I forgot you could farm sea pickles by putting them on coral blocks and bonemealing them. Thanks for the reminder
@@tiggyvolts9076 NP! 😊
11:14 ayyy yoo
I never been this early
I clicked as soon I saw my baby big boi dino Sniffer
Java doesn’t deserve bedrock flower growing method
It would be great if you could build the autofarm for sugar cane taller than three blocks to make it more useful for bamboo. Sure there are other bamboo farms in the game that work great but that simple design but like six blocks tall would be good too.
For bamboo you can put the pistons, observers and redstone up a few blocks. Hope this helps!
Taller than three wouldn't be more useful for bamboo
@@raymondstheawesome Maybe not functionally, but if you put them too low down the pistons will go off every thirty seconds, and if the farm is near your base it can get pretty annoying unless you actively decide to turn the farm off with an additional switch of somesorts. That's how I do it, but with the functionality thing you're right
Why is no one talking abt 11:11 💀
I was looking for this😂
Could you figure this out I can’t use it for some reason is only on windows bedrock edition
Does this reed farm work for you, Wattles? Cuz it didn't for me. Reed needing light level for growing, but technically the bottom block of the reed is INSIDE the mud block (mud being lower) and light level there is Zero. It only started working after I replaced the mud with another block. That meant I had to use a hopper mine cart for collecting, of course.
The clay 👌🤣😂🤣
DAY FLIPPIN 11 OF TELLING FLIPPING WATTLES TO JOIN THE FLIPPIN HERMITS 😊
Fr he needs to join them
I’ve been typing this for 11 days, I’m not willing to give up until he join hermitcraft
They need to invite him but I'm sure he could send a request. Plus being a hermit usually becomes a full time thing and then no more survival guide or snapshot vids
@@Alfredo_chicken xisuma does snapshot vids and he’s the current owner of hermitcraft
Ya hermitcraft is invite only and ya even if he was invited it would be extremely difficult for him to continue most of his current types of content. And as this is still just pearl and gems second season wouldn't be surprising if they waited until at least next season ten to consider new additions
Feed your composter from a cactus farm for auto bone meal
Instructions unclear. No bricks but I'm fully bricked up
Brown dye...is always so hard for me to find.
How do you get white glass frames? Mine are black in minecraft, and I'd like white, yet if I dye them white, it turns to stain glass, I dont want stain glass, just white frame like above. Thanks !!
Oh i see, it is my resource pack for graphics, I wonder why they made the frames black :(((( odd.
Does the torch flower work as a light source? It should if not. I'm one of those guys that's hasn't played in 5 years but I'm getting back into it.
sadly it doesnt but i agree it absolutely needs to
schematics links?
that screen rip though
nice
hey, do you know if these farms work on realms? Thanks!
yes they will!
@@wattlesplaysthank you so much, I'll make sure to use these farms
NOOOOO CYAN FROM PITCHER PLANTS?
8:50-
Another flower for the auto-bonemeal is the pink petals if you have access to a Cherry Biome. Upon breaking it will drop however many are on that block-I got so many stacks clearing an area for a Japanese Village my friend and I are building.
that would look so cool dude good luck
@@hayushiii Thank You! I am excited to start working on it-my friend cannot play currently but hopefully she will be able to soon.
big brain time
Best thing about that is putting down some water and washing all the petals up, you don't NEED to pick them, just run around and collect them
@@tiggyvolts9076 Yep! It definitely is quicker that way rather then breaking them one-by-one.
I say you build a shulker farm when that time comes
Wattles, you ever hear of naming a netherite sword costing 16 enchantment points?
the more times something is enchanted/renamed the more expensive it gets
@cynarka850 I only named it once. And I named another netherite sword and it only cost 4 enchantment points.
When I wanna be fully bricked up, I just eat a block of cheese
We just not gonna talk about how he said he hadn't played since the 1.16 update💀 11:00
You forgot to link your iron farm video
Bricked up
11:11 hollup
Bargain #18: java gets bonemealing flowers when bedrock gets nether roof building. 🍻
11:15 pause
Instead of farming clay, you could just buy bricks from mason villagers
Fish farm because you start eating fish in series often you should just always eat the fish now lol
Where's yesterday's video about removed features?
that one was from a few weeks ago!! its on the channel if you scroll down a lil
@@wattlesplays wow I'm blind apparently
After building your iron farm, go back to your wool farm and add hopper/chest above each sheer dispenser and fill them all full of sheers. Thank me later! 🍻
I have a sniffer in my world but he is invisible what do I do
Reload the world a few times. I had that happen to me too
Bedrock you just need fortune for tall flowers and it duplicates them
Bone mealing flowers or banners on maps what's truly unfair😮
😳🫣
Doesn't one of the new flowers make cyan dye??
yes!
What’s the point of a sniffer farm? The flowers don’t even have any use( I know they look pretty but the sniffer is quite useless)
They are useless, I built one and their cooldown is ridiculous and the flowers aren’t worth it
I made a sniffer farm!!!
Nice video
ty
Was I the only one who noticed ray tracing in mc bedrock edition 1.20 but not useable
Can tell you don't use villager trading?!
Masons sell bricks
What does bamboo do
Bamboo can do stairs for help you build or you can sell the sticks , I'm getting rich with bamboo 😂
11:15 You will be what?
wow new video
bro is tryna be logdotzip
yo
The sniffer sucks. I hate everyone that voted for it. 2 new flowers cool
put timestamps
