This House is so interesting to try. I'd like to see how perfumers imagine a seagull. I think it would be something warm but with marine touch and maybe sea salt and floating forest and little herbs that grow on the rocks where seagulls nest
My favorite animal to be a perfume would be Pallas Cat, it could smell of fur and resins and sun and sand and cold. I liked the review for its honest appraisal of the scents and the description of the notes. I live in the US.
Fun having the pictures of ingredients flash across! I haven’t smelled a lot of these but I liked Squid and Bee. I’d like to see Flamingo. Something that smells pink with florals and a little tropical. USA
I'd love something like racoon, eagle, grizzly, maybe sea lion, or even penguin. Love how you break down the notes and give an unabashed review of the fragrance as you do on all of your content. And the fact that you never negatively review things usually, but note that it simply doesn't work for you, or that you don't care for it, lets us know that it might actually work for us, so don't NOT buy it, but sample it instead. Love that positivity. From the USA. I've been meaning to get my hands on some of these fragrances since I've started my collection so I'm edging towards trying a few, even if just the discovery kits to see what I might want to dive into. Thanks a ton Sebastian for all you do and all your hard work. Stay safe.
I love the house of Zoologist and eventually I’d like to try them all. Would like to see Orca (with ambergris) or Porcupine (with a pine note) or Termite (with a prominent cedar or woody note) The possibilities are nearly endless and I love the concept of this house. USA
I would love to see a fragrance inspired by the Macaw parrot. I lived with a macaw for 25 years, I loved the way he smelled, a musky powdery sweetness. I enjoyed learning about Sloth perfume in this video, particularly the heavy Chamomile component of that perfume, I grow German Chamomile for tea, fresh Chamomile is gorgeous. I'm intrigued to smell Sloth now, I had chosen a few Zoologist samples to order, but had not included that one, I will now. Second choice animal would be Muskox, a dark and heavy animal with the lightest, finest wool for weaving, the contrast could be fun to play with in a fragrance. Qiviut is stronger and warmer than sheep's wool, and softer than cashmere wool.
Great video, you breakdown frags really well. Zoologist is my fav brand! I'd like to see the masters make an Alligator scent. A powerful and dirty aquatic with leathery tones! (USA/NYC)
Good video and greetings from IOWA (US). Zoologist Perfumes needs to launch a jungle cat line, so tiger, lion, jaguar, cheetah, etc. I like Rhino, especially in the fall/winter.
Sloth is my scent of the day, I really love it but Rhinoceros is still my favorite. Would love to try Bat and it would be interesting if they did mammoth.
I'm glad you were honest about not liking Bat. I personally enjoyed the first edition and would love to try the reformulation. My favorite from the house is Civet. It would be interesting to see Victor Wong's interpretation of a penguin. Or maybe Zoologist Skunk ;)
It may sound basic but I think cat would be great to interpret. I can think of many possibilities to represent it and fairly easy to make wearable. Great review as always, greetings from Poland :)
I am from Washington state. I’d love to see elephant turn into fragrance. I’ve never tried Zoologists perfume and love to try it. I enjoyed how you described SLOT as loaded of chamomile . Thanks.
I have Bat (original), Bat (2020), Camel, Civet, Dragonfly, Hyrax, Koala, Macaque, Moth, Panda (2017), Sloth, Squid and T-Rex. Favorites in order are Bat (original), Moth, Macaque, Civet, Camel, Koala, Sloth and T-Rex. Given that I live in Cameroun home of the indomptables Lions I would like to have a lion perfume. I also think Zoologist should consider Bear, honey badger and some type of large majestic flying bird.
Of the 3 samples I’ve smelled, I’m not a fan of the brand. However, I did prefer Bat. Bat actually smells pretty on my skin. I tend to turn many perfumes sweeter. The earthiness in Bat comes of more like an amber on my skin. They have different perfumers, but the DNA was very similar.
Hi Sebastian, how about Cheetah? I have three samples Bee, Hummingbird and Rhino, got them after watching your review of Bee... great brand with great concept! CZ subscriber
I’m from Sweden and just got into the world of fragrances this year. Your reviews are great for me as someone who just started the fragrance journey. As an ornithologist I would like to see birds, raptors or colorful birds 🦅🦜
How about a Yeti or an Albatross maybe? Loving the new format in which you present the notes in a fragrance. Keep going! Oh, btw, I live here in San Francisco.
I have yet to try any Zoologist fragrances. Most sounded so unique and unusual, I was kind of scared they wouldn't work on my skin. But I do love the notes and description of sloth. I'd love to try that one. I am also a big panda lover (since I was a child), so that was another one I have been wanting to try. As for a new animal Zoologist should make a perfume for, I would say a White Tiger. I live in the USA.
I like this house, and I think my favorites are Squid, Macaque, Moth, and Elephant. I'd like to see either a Shark or Deer fragrance sometime in the future. From USA!
My pick would be Rattlesnake. I see a dry and dusty scent, somewhere along the lines of Tauer No. 02 with a heavy dose of black pepper on top. That is my favorite note and it would stand out, just as the rattlesnake does from all the other, ordinary snakes. ;-) I'm based in the EU.
I love Moth a lot. I've tried a few Zoologists and they are great. There are only a few so far that didn't hit the spot. I'd love to try Bat!!... Zoologist should do a Salamander fragrance. I'd love to smell that and see the accompanying artwork. Best from Tennessee, where we have lots of salamanders hiding in our Appalachian creeks, though sadly their numbers are dwindling. One is called a Hellbender.
I would love to see giraffe. Ozonic head in unit air where it’s fresh. Only the best untouched greenery. Freshly budding blossoms as the tree reaches higher into the sky. Ah that would be nice. Greetings from Utah USA. Great review made me want to try 🦇
Hey Sebastian! Another great video! I like how detailed you are when talking about the smell of a fragrance, explaining how the different notes interact with each other. I would like to see “Lion” from the brand - something dry and dusty, I think it would be interesting! All the best from Iowa
This house appeals to me the most in terms of artistic direction. Although some aren't the easiest to wear. The ones I tried and liked Panda, Elephant, Hummingbird, Camel, Civit and Beaver Ones I was ok with T-rex, Bat (old formulation), Moth Ones I hated, Hyrax As much as I like the house, they're so expensive in the UK! I would love to see them do something like Parrot, super tropical notes.
Koala. A melange of hard boxwoods and Australian sandalwood, a touch of eucalyptus, lots of fuzzy musk and some sticky, sweet and medicinal Manuka honey. An entire Aussie series would be cool! Livin’ in the disjointed states of America. ;)
I think they should go with the Sperm Whale.... An oceanic vibe that would have nuances of oak , sea notes, fresh air, linen Maybe resins that's associated with the sailing ships of old!!!
Hi, I tried a couple of Zoologist perfumes and my favorite so far is Macaque. I would like to see a perfume dedicated to the squirrel 🐿 It would include notes of hazelnut and other nuts, as well as woods and some greenery. For a big part of the year I felt like one, going outside to get food then back to my tree 😅 Greetings from Romania.
Would love to see Zoologist come out with Lion/Tiger inspired perfume. As always, your reviews are so descriptive of not just the individual notes, but the overall experience you get. Have never tried any perfumes from this line so it would be awesome to get the discovery set. From the USA
I live in California, USA. The first animal that came to mind was the giraffe. After some thought and checking out the Zoologist website, I'd like to add the platypus as a possible contender to this remarkable line up. I'd love to sample them all!
Sebastian- Greetings from Bergen County, NJ / NYC. As always, your analysis of fragrances, scents and explanations of the nodes and elements are exceptional. Thanks for all you do.( FYI- The Zoologist Brand isn’t for me)
. I like most of the ones I have smelled from this house.Elephant, Beaver, T-Rex, Squid, Civet.Sadly the store where I smelled them does not have the entire collection, only 9 or 10 fragrances from Zoologist
I like most of the ones I have smelled from this house.Elephant, Beaver, T-Rex, Squid, Civet.Sadly the store where I smelled them does not have the entire collection, only 9 or 10 fragrances from Zoologist
East Coast, USA...I think Rattlesnake might be an interesting frag from Zoologist.....Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to check out any Zoologist products. Thanks!!
Camel and Civet are my favourites from the ones that i’ve already tried. Curious about the new Bat formulation and Sloth of course. I would like to see a seagull as the next animal in the line, greetings from Romania ✌🏻
USA... I think Rattlesnake might be an interesting frag from Zoologist.....Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to check out any Zoologist products. Thanks!!
As I like lactonic note in perfumes I would like to see COW 🐄 as the face of new Zoologist fragrance!!! / I am an European subscriber . Elephant- that was a love from the first sniff for me. I love aesthetics of Zoologist ! Thank you for the video 🙌
You made me wanna try sloth right now. Does cumin show up a little bit? Hope it does, it’s a great note. I’m from Italy, my favorite zoologist - and among my favorites ever - right now is Camel. Panda is also very cool. Too easy to say they should make Deer (green, woody, musky). Maybe Zebra (more leathery than woody, more earthy than green, still musky, quite spicy) or Giraffe. Or a night bird like Owl. And why not an imaginary animal, like Phoenix (bright, ashen, flowery: very cool)? Kind of the brighter side of T-Rex.
This is still one of the houses that I still need to sample, but I’ve had a chance to test out Camel, Rhino and Moth. Of these, I enjoyed Camel a lot. As for the animal and living in the PacNW, I’d love to see Zoologists take on the Orca. Thanks for the opportunity Sebastian and I’m from Washington State, USA.
Haven’t got the chance to explore Zoologist yet. Sloth sounds more interesting to me than Bat but I’d like to try them all. I’d like to see a Barbary Lion (Atlas) and Siberian Tiger based fragrance. Thanks, Ca ✌🏻
Haven’t got the chance to explore Zoologist yet.! Sloth sounds more interesting to me than Bat but I’d like to try them all! . I’d like to see a Barbary Lion (Atlas) and Siberian Tiger based fragrance. Thanks USA
Hello Seb, a very fair and interesting review! I’m from the UK and would be really keen to smell a Genet or a Binturong (which is a bear cat that has a popcorn like aroma) scent! I’d also be curious to know what Zoologist would do with Human! 😂👌🏻 Keep up the good work on the channel! 😁👍🏼
I think a tiger inspired fragrance will be a good one, but I think I will like bat because I like panda and it seems as though bat will have a similar scent profile with the soil/earthiness smell if I remember correctly. I know I will love bee, so I am waiting to buy that one! CA, USA!
USA I would love to see (and smell!) Zoologist interpretation of Tucan perfume. I imagine it being exotic, a little bit green and moist (like jungle), but mostly colorful like the bird's beak
USA Camel and Civet are my favourites from the ones that i’ve already tried. Curious about the new Bat formulation and Sloth of course. I would like to see a seagull as the next animal in the line.
I haven't tried anything from this house but I've been hearing about it for a while. My favorite animal is elephant, which they've already done! I live in the USA. Thanks for the giveaway!
I am all about squid. love love love it. it turns super sweet on me, smells like summertime on a northern rocky coast. i also want to try Koala. hope you review it soon.
Sloth and Koala are amazing! I do find that this bat is better than the original. On my skin, the earthy note has been toned way down and it's very fruit forward. I guess you can't like them all though :)
Hi Sebastian, I guess I would be curious to see a beetle as a fragrance. I have only sampled Civet from the house and I’m always thinking if I should try or not some more fragrances, again, thank you for sharing that. I live in Switzerland.
Hi Sebastian this house has always intrigued me and I follow Victor Wong a lot on Fb. Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to test them yet. Here in Italy it is a bit difficult to find a Sample kit. I must say that the ones that intrigue me most are T-rex and Camel. I would also be courios about a perfume inspired by firefly or bear. Nice video as always and honest review!!
I’ve not yet tried a Zoologist perfume. If I had my choice of animal, I suppose a Lion or Tiger would be intriguing. Really, any large cat ...USA here.
I would love to see them do a really dark and almost unnerving fragrance for a tarantula... something creeping that shapeshifts over time, probably with mud accords or vetiver with a heart of sickly sweet honey as if to lure in prey! (Europe - UK)
Hi! I would love that zoologist perfume house will make a new scent “ opossum “ as I love this animal. I have a few in my yard that I feeding every evening. They are such a nice, kind, calm, unique, beautiful and gentle animals .
I love the artwork on the bottles. I have never seen this perfume before watching your review so I am on a mission to find out more! Thank you so much for your fabulous reviews. You number one Canadian fan. ❤️. Oh my gosh! The company is from Toronto!!! Now I will have to sample!
I really liked your breakdown of both fragrances, nice and thorough. I have 2 animals that I'd like them to turn into fragrances - the sleek, stealthy and sexy Panther (possibly their rendition of a "date" fragrance - possibly with some true-to-life animal-like pheromones), or the Lion, ferocious and powerful (i.e., 'manly'). I know they did Tyrannosaurus frag, but that's like a 'fantasy' animal because no one can really relate to it. I live in Waldorf, MD, USA.
Hey Sebastian, I am intrigued by Bat 2020 the animalic notes sound interesting and curious how it smells on skin. I would like to see Cobra as the next one made. Thanks a lot from the UK
The Zoologist discovery set looks so cool. It would be interesting if they made like an Alaskan Salmon themed scent that was a salty aquatic with a touch of mint to give you a "cool" feel!
Thanks for the informative review! A scent based off a squirrel; Woody, nutty, slightly sweet and savory with a hint of green/floral in the background. From Vancouver, Canada
Good video and greetings from Indiana (US). Zoologist Perfumes needs to launch a jungle cat line, so tiger, lion, jaguar, cheetah, etc. I like Rhino, especially in the fall/winter.
I love Zoologist and particularly T-Rex. I wish they would make a wintry scent evoking southern Ontario where the company is based. We have wolves howling all winter in the back field so perhaps that could be the animal.
Awesome, I’ve got a sample of the original Bat and have wanted to test it against the new one. Would interesting (and slightly ironic) to see their take on “skunk”...maybe a cannabis base?
Animal for future creations... Perhaps "Penguin" which could be the most dressed up and elegant masculine offering. :) I have always wanted to try them but have never got the chance to do so. Would love to win the sample set!

I'd like to see a fragrance representing a bear. Some woods, moss, honey, and berries combo would be great. From Arizona
Check out Bear by Wolf Brothers

Something a little deep, dark, with some ocean scents. US here.!
Enjoyed your opinion on both the fragrances.

I am from LA and I would like to see them create a softer, cleaner, fresher scent while still maintaining some of the animalic nature. The lamb!
You should try Beaver
Love to see seagull fresh and Airy. I haven't been able to smell any of these fragrances yet but would love to. From the United States
I'd love to see bunny into a fragrance.. with a nice carrot seed note...USA suscriber right here
Sloth is my scent of the day, I really love it but Rhinoceros is still my favorite. Would love to try Bat and it would be interesting if they did mammoth.
I'm from USA
I would like to see a wolf fragrance. And as always great review very descriptive and to the point
Greetings from SoCal USA. I have not yet sampled any from this house and I've always loved wolves so that might present an interesting fragrance.

I’d love to see some more prehistoric creatures in the line, maybe Wooly Mammoth. Loved your comparison of the two fragrances in this video. I’m in US
Bat on me is mostly figs. But not sweet. I love it.
Great video man! I have not tried anything from Zoologist yet, but I’m really interested in Squid.
Gimmie Sasquatch!
Just tested bat. Going to be my summer scent. Love it so much.
I’m from Sweden and just got into the world of fragrances this year. Your reviews are great for me as someone who just started the fragrance journey. As an ornithologist I would like to see birds, raptors or colorful birds 🦅🦜

Good call "WOLF" fragrance!

A wolf would be interesting. Their beautiful and have a mystic to them. Could create a nice fragrance with that approach.
Haven’t got the chance to explore Zoologist yet. Sloth sounds more interesting to me than Bat but I’d like to try them all. I’d like to see a Barbary Lion (Atlas) and Siberian Tiger based fragrance. Thanks, Ca ✌🏻

Hummingbird was my favorite from the house. Lets see,... I think I would like to see Scorpion! (don't enter me in the contest. LOL) Cheers my friend.
I would like to see Beaver. I know that sounds crass as a perfume title, but I think the wood notes with moss and musk could be interesting.
I’m from USA!
Sloth sounds like it’ll be great for my character. They should make something with eagle fragrance.

I’m from Orange County! Sloth sounds like it’ll be great for my character. They should make something with eagle fragrance.
I think a wolf would be an awesome perfume to be made by Zoologist! I live in PA in the USA
Sloth and Koala are amazing! I do find that this bat is better than the original. On my skin, the earthy note has been toned way down and it's very fruit forward. I guess you can't like them all though :)
They need to make one featuring Lion!
Do Zoologist have a citrusy fragrance?
Israel.
I am from IOWA
I would like to see them create a softer, cleaner, fresher scent while still maintaining some of the animalic nature. The lamb!
Hi Sebastian, I guess I would be curious to see a beetle as a fragrance. I have only sampled Civet from the house and I’m always thinking if I should try or not some more fragrances, again, thank you for sharing that. I live in Switzerland.
I am an EU-based subscriber, and would love to see a Zoologist fragrance representing Lemur; with Madagascan vanilla, ylang ylang and spices.
A polar bear for a nice winter fragrance. Maybe even have a snow accord in it.
This sounds sick in the best way
I want to see the paradise bird as a fragrance, a nice tropical fragrance
I am from Ohio and would love to see Zoologist do another aquatic like dolphin, some saltiness and tropical fruits would be great.
Hi! I would love that zoologist perfume house will make a new scent “ opossum “ as I love this animal. I have a few in my yard that I feeding every evening. They are such a nice, kind, calm, unique, beautiful and gentle animals .
Btw, I live in USA , KS
Have you tried Snowy Owl?
Awesome, I’ve got a sample of the original Bat and have wanted to test it against the new one. Would interesting (and slightly ironic) to see their take on “skunk”...maybe a cannabis base?
Animal for future creations... Perhaps "Penguin" which could be the most dressed up and elegant masculine offering. :)
I have always wanted to try them but have never got the chance to do so. Would love to win the sample set!
