man at the garden coming soon
You’ve mastered the art of editing these mashups
Thank you! That means a lot!!
Mike's not wrong 👏👏
Cannot wait for MITG... 🔥🔥🔥 (You've been keeping the gems till last 🤌)
I'll be here.. I've been watching these videos for 2 weeks. You're "really like that" 🔥
Not liking Kendrick’s voices is like criticizing an actor for having range
Right! 🌟
Yeah that shit bugged me. He’s got so many flows and that’s partly why he’s so enjoyable to listen to.
I was going to say something but never mind 😂 mind¡
Irony being that the guy who says that has a weird AF voice himself.
I don't think they didn't like, they just found it odd/funny. I love Kendrick mnay voices, makes his stories more complex
“Drake you fugged UUUUPPPP. Kendrick was chilling, now he rapping from the STOMACH” 😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂 he said I got shit to doooo.....ah same here🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️😂
😂😂😂 he said it just like that 😂😂
That guy was hilarious. I'm finding ways to use "littler" and "biggereler"
He PAACC ! 😂😂
"This music for nikkas with BALLS" ...Accurate 🤌🏽‼️
April is so unintentionally funny😭😂
She is Lol
Absolutely. I still have her comments from the other joint where she's harping on Drake being a b---h and maybe Cole too.
Nah she annoying. No disrespect or hatred though.
@@volt8477 someone had to say it
♥️💚🤍And that damn Kito Abashi! Mr. I'm too old fuh dis shit!🤣💯💚🤍♥️
I don’t hear the Slim Shady reference but I do hear that smoke alarm beeping. 😂
They need to buy some batteries 😂
OKAY?!? 😂😂😂LETS TALK ABOUT IT 🪫😆
I swear there is always one in these mashups
the funny thing is there is a michigan reference soon after
Not a slim reference. His tone was a mix of Em & PAC. Just listen
People not looking into Isaiah 14 properly. Yeah, Isaiah 14 is God addressing the Israelites but when you get to verses 12-15 God suddenly interjects the story of Satan’s fall from Heaven. He explains that it was Satan’s pride and desire to be worshipped over God that led to him being kicked out of heaven, and how ever since Satan has been attacking/manipulating God’s creation (humans). That’s what that whole dialogue btw Kendrick and God in the 4th verse is abt. That’s what Kendrick means by I rewrote the devil’s story to take our power back. He’s making himself another person who’s been influenced by the devil but instead of following satan’s ministrations with greed or drugs to his grave, like the previous 2 incarnations in the song, Kendrick turns to God, asks for forgiveness, asks Him to help him be better, and vowed to use his musical gifts (which is also why satan was in heaven, he was in charge of leading the praise and worship of God among the angels) for good going forward.
Great breakdown
Wooooww! Thanks for that breakdown!!! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
That’s really similar to what Knox Hill said. I think that’s super interesting!😊
Satan was not cast down from heaven! Satan was created to do exactly what he is doing! Isaiah is about what the world calls negros which are the children of Israel and how we fell as a people!
Amazing! That song goes deeeeeep.
The Spanish woman singing on Kendrick's album sang at a tribute for Fernando Valenzuela's passing at Dodger stadium when Kendrick was attending that day. And he asked her to sing on his album.
signed her the same day
Thats cool
She's going on the tour as well.
I saw Fernando pitch a lot when I was a kid in San Diego. He is a legend, RIP! ❤❤❤
Allegedly she wasn't in the best position financially before that, K. Dot really fed this lady for generations to come by putting her all over the album.
I love how insightful KnoxHill is. He almost always gets the references and meanings, it’s so damn impressive.
Factual💯
Yeah I noticed him early on when I started watching these reactions and checked out his channel. He's a genuine student of hiphop that's for sure. I actually found so many of my now favorite reactors through this channel like ScruFace Jean and imDontai..
@@moodyinformed💯 NoLifeShaq and stroymodeReacts also
Yes. Seems like Knox is definitely a student of hip hop and does the work. Most importantly he LISTENS to the lyrics
With time you will realize Knox is just spitting what he read on Genius
This is how you pay homage. Not with AI. All these people wrong. This is the beat from made ningas from pac & the outlaws
Fr, drake could never
Spot on
It's still Pac!
🎯💯
Some of these reactors cards need to be checked or pulled 😂
Pulitzer #2 coming up.
Facts, this song is that deep once you understand the true meaning which is the Devil’s story after being sent to earth and how he influenced different artists to do evil, including himself.
Kendrick just open his mouth.....
Fingers crossed
'REINCARNATED'!
Either this or Heart Pt 6 for sure.
The dude that said *"Drake this is where you fwucked up! Kendrick was chilling! Now he rapping from the stomach"* I'm cackling!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
People don’t listen.. he clearly said I’ve been reincarnated for 100 years plus. He’s shaytan (the devil) he was kicked out of heaven the musician he was has been reincarnated on earth through different musicians influencing people and doing harm until he was reincarnated as Kendrick and Kendrick did the opposite of the others and asking is his good dead’s now that he understands his flaw grants him forgiveness now that he has changed. Shout out to Knox getting the famous musicians references. That’s a man that knows his music.
Knox researches before he reacts.
@@alabamabornball9957🎯
@@alabamabornball9957BINGO!! 🎯🎯 I suspect he has someone that is assisting him as well.
Facts
@@alabamabornball9957He obviously does, but I hate that he pretends it’s a first time listen. That annoys me so much (especially when he “deciphers” bars about street shit like he’s tapped in). I’m glad that he’s a fan, but I haven’t listened to a single song of his simply because of how performative his Hip Hop reactions are. It’s just so fckng corny. If you love this art you understand that appearing to be a know it all just because people who do not understand Hip Hop and cannot recognize how fake you are will latch on to you and get you views is 100% being a culture vulture. I know he is a rapper, but we should have gatekept Hip Hop more, because making fake content pretending to be a rap lyric scholar is honestly as colonizer white as it gets.🤦🏾♂️
Growing up listening to Pac, this damn song made me cry no cap. I friggin love Kendrick.
Same here. It's so deep and reaches through to your soul. Beautifully done!
I didn’t sadly have the opportunity to be alive when he was alive, but I’ve grown up listening to him on my own will… and sh’t… this song literally immediately made me shed tears, it’s like hearing Pac being “reincarnated”…
Same, I couldn't stop listening to it!!!
I got goose bumps when I heard the beat drop.
Facts
Reactors make me realize how often people completely miss lyrics to setup the rest
Yeah,Wayne said "when you celebrate one Bar you miss the next 2"☝️🤓
Because they all seemed to miss the therapy line at the beginning 😂
A lot of younger folk never heard PAC so they think the aggressive flow is Em.. 2:51
I hear DMX! Could be just me!
I can see why, em is one of his influences but I think it’s more PAC
His cadence and fluctuation has a similar to Em
@@demarismiller241 The style of DMX is in the third verse...
@@SCSAsJortsthat’s a straight pac flow. Y’all mf don’t know hip-hop
I'm surprised that no one mentioned how Kendrick flipped the script on us
Naming the song Reincarnated
Pac flow
And then the song isn't even about being reincarnated as Pac but other artists
He played us like a fiddle
He definitely got us twice because I was %💯 sure that Reincarnated was Squabble Up.
The song is even deeper than that. It's about him being the antichrist who keeps getting reincarnated into artists to change people's hearts and do good unto the world
And I think that it’s implied through the use of certain elements that the same dark spirit got Pac too. Like there could have been a hidden verse between the second and last where Kendrick could’ve told Tupacs story
I think the Pac nod is very intentional. Like a 4th reincarnation thats left unsaid
I’m feeling ole boy that talked about Sam & Dean..he was speaking my language!😊
I love people saying "I know where this is going" before Kendrick throws in the curveballs with John Lee Hooker and Billie Holiday (or very similar) persona verses that *nobody* could predict. This is just straight literary, but then again, look at the trophy case. He's won literary awards.
Dinah Washington is the woman .
@@kimheard9426 Cool. I'll do a little more research. I'm always up for a good biography, especially in winter.
The point was, this song is anything but predictable.
Unfortunately, it could apply to a lot of women from that time period
@kimheard9426 the woman is Billie Holiday
@@kimheard9426 the thing is you can tell that it's Billie Holiday because he references the Chitlin' Circuit
The line that I can't get away from is "every individual is only a version of you." Like, that gets at some of the most philosophical parts of theology, the idea of people all being one united existence, that we are all one but see ourselves as individuals so that the universe can experience itself... I love that shit, lol.
I super agree with this...that line has stuck with me since he released it.
….and even deeper, how man is the devil that they speak of in the Bible. We all fell to earth to fix ourselves, but have been manipulated by that evil force through generations to keep reincarnating down here to push evil agendas through our GODlike talents down here
Damn that was deep. I agree
That line reminds me of a short story, The Egg by Andy Weir.
Love this, it also in my opinion says every individual is who you CHOOSE to be and show people, when you show someone genuine kindness and effort, it makes them want to do the same for others. Basically saying the world is how you influence it.
Kito saying he thought Kendrick was boring bc he was too biblical is crazy 😂😂😂
So Ridiculous
The irony lol
Wild
That's the problem with this world. People don't like to think.
🙄Kito is the first time I saw him and glad I didn't watch him before 😊

Glad you enjoyed it!
@@TheReactorsGuild I loved the video, but I think you cut the song off too many times to have the reactors talk.
No hate, just how I felt.

Lucifer was the chief musician in heaven. Man, who is sinful, can use music to lead people in the wrong direction. Kendrick is trying to correct that.

not Knox for me, constantly reaching, seems to enjoy figuring the references out but I dont see any love for the music itself.
@ That's a wild take. I can tell he loves the music, he wouldn't put so much time into getting references, if he didn't love it.
What i took from this song was the devil cosplaying through all these different lives and times in life that Kendrick ends up rewriting the tale of the devil. Like he said you used music to cultivate these people in evil harmful ways but hes breaking that down and learning from the evil and starting the story over again but in a positive light
"Kendrick write his rap under rap" 😅 that got me
“ Listen to yourself within yourself, and the Father in yourself” THAT GAVE ME CHILLS DONTAI! WOW! Many acknowledge the God of Love & Peace but refuse to acknowledge the God of war! They are BOTH God! #THATSABAR
Whoever that older man was that was pacing around the room at 2x had me weak😂😂
that bar was so true, when he said he put all them gangs on one stage, that was unreal. I live in LA, and luckily I wasn’t in the middle of all that, but to see sworn rivals put all that to the side for dot, they like, look, I know we rivals, but tonight, and as long as dot got this movement going on, we need to do what we gotta do. we need to show the 69 god that you don’t mess with our hood. he got some backup and really called avengers, assemble.
This is 2Pac taking over K-Dots body and giving us a song from beyond the grave. My humble opinion.
DOT is the GOAT and nobody can touch him NOBODY,
I’m not surprised that they thought it sounded like Eminem because Eminem is a big 2Pac fan and uses a lot of 2Pac’s cadences and flows but it’s very clear that he’s emulating PAC
Right. They really think Eminem created his own flow 😂😂😂 Who were Eminem’s musical influences, is what they should’ve asked themselves. When that gate gets left wide open, they always come in & manage to erase the originators of anything they take.
@@reesebloom8093 they didnt say they thought em created his own flow he just said dontcha hear it dont it sound like MM
@reesebloom8093 You thought you were saying something, huh? Eminem consistently names his influences in his songs. Go watch his rock and roll hall of fame speech. Nobody in the game gives props as much as he does.
@Pianokeys Point to where I said Eminem DOES NOT give his influences props. Point to it. Absolutely no reading comprehension skills & y’all slow as AF. At this point, I’m absolutely positively sure kindergarteners have more sense.
@@michaelseckman4936 If Eminem is not the originator of his sound/flow, then one with common sense would ask where he got it from. If it is “borrowed” from someone else, then does it belong to Eminem? If the sound/flow came from other rappers who were popular before him, does it belong to Eminem? If not, then that would mean the originators of the sound are now erased because young rap fans now identify it as Eminem’s sound.
This one made me think for days after.. i was probably one of the 1st on yt to react live and was scrambling for answers with this one lol. Trg thanks for the add as always!

One of the best theories around the Spanish language and guitarwork throughout the album is that the Spanish represents his pen, his conscience, and engages on songs that are particularly significant to this: Luther, Reincarnated, Wacced out Murals, Gloria
I'm pretty sure it's a lot more simple than that. It's about the West Coast, California, and Compton specifically, which has a large Spanish influence in the music and culture.
@@casteanpreswyn7528You don’t know Kendrick. Nothing is simple 😎
@@calvin394 I've been listening to him for over 10 years, but you're right. I don't know him personally. However, based on his love for the area, that simple explanation makes more sense than what op suggested.
He’s talking about the Devil’s influence on the music careers and their decisions while navigating the industry. In situations of some of the most talented African American musicians including himself in the third verse. And then he wraps it up with the story of the Dark Angel. The first verse was an innocent view of music and the positive effects that it can have.
The Devil reincarnated through music history and how we can rid the music of it and eliminate the evils.
With GNX Kendrick reset rap where it should be as standard. Legendary. No longer any rapper wannabee would dare to act gangsta or pimp to claim greatness. Kendrick changed the game.
It took me at least 4 clips before I realized the beeping smoke detector was in the video and not my apartment 😂😂😂

This song deserves a round table discussion...the devil reincarnationing himself as famous musicians plus the public adoration n how certain music makes us feel.. and with so many of thise artists coming to an untimely demise is a discussion i would love to listen to....im interested in past life aggressions as well but don't know enough about the topic...
A lot of people really need to sit down and re-listen to this song over and over to fully understand the lyrics. It’s the devil being embodied and reincarnated into all these other musicians and the third musician is Kendrick but the whole song is rapping in the perspective as the devil near by the end of the song he’s having a conversation with god the father

Some pain most man won't know only talent with struggles can relate this one is deep
The Chitlin' Circuit was a network of live entertainment venues that provided a space for African American performers during the Jim Crow era:
When it was active
The Chitlin' Circuit was active from the 1930s to the 1960s.
Where it was located
The Chitlin' Circuit stretched from Miami in the South to Boston in the North and at least as far west as Texas.
What it featured
The Chitlin' Circuit featured African American musicians, comedians, and other entertainers.
What it helped popularize
The Chitlin' Circuit helped popularize blues, jazz, rhythm and blues (R&B), and rock and roll.
How it developed
The Chitlin' Circuit developed as a response to the racial segregation practiced by performance venues.
The Chitlin' Circuit was a safe space for Black performers, but it also had some negative aspects:
Work schedule
The Chitlin' Circuit offered a full, but grueling work schedule. For example, James Brown once played 37 shows in 11 days.
Underpayment
Some artists spoke of being underpaid, and sometimes not paid at all after a performance.
This 90s West Coast girl has not stopped listening to this album since it came out

One of the benefits of thoughtful music is that you don't listen and then move on. You relisten again and again, and not just because it's catchy (which is a bonus). The end is an invitation to experience it again, step back on the ride, not close the book.
Isiah 14: In its original context, it is directed toward the king of Babylon, highlighting his arrogance and subsequent fall.
•In newer text, it has been interpreted metaphorically as referring to the fall of Satan due to pride.

He definitely sounds like those people that hate Kendrick for narratives spun by the Internet. "Complicated for no reason" I always felt Kendrick's strong point was his straight forward writing.
