Great job! I love the transfer station! Don't worry about the apron, real men wear aprons! As I work on my ho layout, it's fun watching yours come together!
Let there be mountains! And mess! 😆 Good job on the transfer table.
So inventive!
So glad you put sound in for the transfer table!!!!!! Much more realistic!!!!
THANK YOU GREAT VIDEO AND GREAT IDEAL AS WATCHING NEW VERY TIME HERE
Joey, you should keep the can upside down. Just don’t spray too much, don’t touch it till dry.
Oh, almost forgot, when you gently mist some water over the cracks you wanna fill with the spray foam, the spray foam will settle much faster. Also, when sprayed on, when moistening the outer surface of the spray foam, will help form a hard outer shell much quicker. Still let dry overnight, or at the very least, the minimum drying time as printed on the can. Of course, it varies for the width and length of the gaps you wanna fill!!
Cheerio
Good advice. It's done now and there is no other places on this layout to fill in. Really, it was more of just something to fill in a gaps and provide a surface to stick trees and things in.
Very good, and I am sure it is nowhere as expensive as using commercial sculptamold!
Looks like your building a canoe. :)
I bet it would float!
if you let it tac up, mist it with water, wet your glove and you can lightliy push it in place and smooth it out
Hi from Australia. You could add a small block of wood, rail, whatever on the outboard side of the two tracks of the transfer table to make lining up the tracks easy. Loving this build.
The creative juices are flowing big time Joey!
