Hi, do you have advice for me? I am trying to change the dash on my A4 B7 (RB8 Immo4) from the mono FIS to color FIS. I can not read the immo data from old dash for some reason, always gives me an error. Eeprom dump comes out with useless garbage. If I install the new dash I can read the immo data and eeprom from it, even change km, without any problems, only have the problem with the old dash which I urgently need to read the immo data from to transfer to new dash. What might be the issue? I am using Carprog 13.77 clone

Hi, I have carprog clone, hardware seems to be fine (A1 checked all rework images, capacitors, resistors in place, device has 74HC125M). It is supposed to be 8.21 and I could read the 93lc86 using cable A6. I can not read via obd though a 8p0920900 in the car.. Via OBD it starts, it can not read errors (prints an "uknown error...") and then when I try to read immo data, it gets the vdo info BUT programming is certainly wrong and software version also... I would apretiate your help, any pointers on what I am doing wrong...
@@jokersatxxl thanks for your reply. I can't reflash the device, the processor is mounted on top of the pins, and I don't have the tools or skills to remove it flash it etc... I will post a picture of the PCB (or the processor packaging name). Anyway, I managed to read the old cluster, and I can modify mileage. I can also read new cluster bu I can not write to it. Either because I don't have the key or because cluster mounted on car and talks to ECU?
@@jokersatxxl can you tell me please what you rework? I rework A1 cable not posible conect fujixu dash from A3 ,i buy new A1 cable same,i chenge 4xHC125t same problem. Tell me how you repair?

@@jokersatxxl hi heat havs You! Modified? I having problem with mine. I have change firmware to 8.21 and replaced all buffer chip/capacitors but still having problem. Trying to read a 2012 cluster from a t5 but always get security acces error. I have modified the eeprom and even tried shorting the SDA pin as I have no key for the cluster. But nothing works. It just read the part number and type.

why does carprog extract the pin code every time different from audi a3 2006. instrument panel. I pull out through obd.

Can you clone a 2004 A3 8p 93c86 cluster in to the new 24c32 A3 8P 2010 cluster the same way ?
did you find out ? 2008 A3 same question, customer has micronas and donor is mb91f fujitsu twin mcu
