Why not build it all in nhl in the first place, pointless using lime pointing when you have built it in cement mortar might as well used white cement and light coloured sand in the first place👍
It seems a bit strange, 2 separate mixes plus raking out plus repointing
Seems a lot of extra work and a waste of lime mortar but hey ho each to there ways👍
Why didn't you build it in lime to start with?

This hydraulic or hydrated lime mate ?
It actually comes in one ton bags pre mixed so the colour is all the same, it’s delivered to site , there is about six different shades of colour to choose from, it’s really good to use 👍
