Thank you so much for this video! Would you recommend using our own photos for the pins (travel photos from my travel blog) or do you think professional looking stock images are more eye catching? I just use my iPhone for my travel photos so its not any kind of professional photography
If they are not very professional looking, I would try using stock images. Unless of course you are a photographer and you take beautiful images :). But yes eye-catching images are key
Hi. Thanks for all of your knowledge. I have a couple questions... I know you need to use fresh pins when you are re-pinning. Is it ever OK to use those pins again? Like wait a week or 2, or a month and use it again? Or does it have to be different every single time I pin that product? Can I use the same pin on several of my different boards? How often do I pin the same product? Daily? Once every other day or once a week? Sorry for so many questions, I just want to make sure I do it the best way. Thanks so much!
You can use the same pins for sure! You can pin the same pin up to 10 different boards, but space it out - so wait a few days before pinning the same image to a different board :)
Great video. I see how to download the pin but how do I post a jpg in Pinterest? I am used to creating pins the long way where you type in the title and what it's about and type in the link.

When I went to do this, Pinterest linked me to a page which says that Etsy and You Tube can no longer be claimed. Do you have any further information on this? I received your free Etsy checklist last week and this is where I got the link to the Pinterest and rich pins videos. Thank you for any insight you might have on this!
No problem at all Katie!! Honestly when I started implementing strategies, I began to see growth on Pinterest immediately. It took me 5 months to reach 1 million monthly viewers. About 1 month or so into pinning is when I started seeing people visit my shop directly from Pinterest. I hope this helps! :)

There have been arguments about whether I had to make it similar or different to the ones already at the top.
Hi! Yes you're right, everyone has different advice on this. I always recommend getting inspiration from pins within your niche that are ranking because they are clearly doing something right and they are ranking at the top for a reason :). Of course we wouldn't copy their pins but we would get inspiration and create with our own brand colors and aesthetic

I'm constantly adding more, but I can't add them fast enough so that I have absolutely fresh pins every day. At some point I'll have to use images I have used before. Hi! You can create multiple different (fresh) pins for the same product! So you can use different mockups, fonts, images, etc. for 1 product. That's what I do! :)
Very good tips. I just have a question: I have a headband and bracelets shop, and idk how exactly to make pins. Should I make graphics with pictures of these? Or just pin the pictures of my products?
I would go onto Pinterest if I were you and search these keywords to see what other people in your industry are doing. Take inspiration from the pins you like. That will clarify it for you :)

My Etsy shop just allows me to click a link and it post the pin for whatever I am selling. I don't think it is a 2:3 ratio. Should I not be using that feature?
Uploading new "fresh" pins is always more ideal. Pinterest will prioritize those ones. It's okay to re-pin old ones to other boards - particularly the ones that are performing very well. But focus more on new pins to see new traffic

I love the idea of creating three images at a time - I've never thought of that.
Oh yes absolutely! I often create even more at a time so that I batch my work and it's way more efficient :)
