    i just checked 3/4 bhk apartment in this project for rent and there in pics it looks very basic , why so?

      It’s really a good question . Sir , you are talking about puri diplomatic greens 110a , it was a old project launched around early 2010 with old construction but quality though even the prices were under 5 (****)digits . Now , resale there is around 17000 plus because they kept it simple but quality. Moreover , most of the project delivered on express way lacks .
      1) it’s a wet zone area so builder should spend a lot of fund to make base stong instead of making big fancy temporarily office and sample flat plus spending a lot on the exterior’s part only .
      2 ) they are only few builders maintaining that like Sobha and puri kind of developers on express way till now including few unconstruction project like Godrej 106 , shapoorji 102 etc with new construction mivan .
      3 ) so , old product with good construction and simple or regular interior gonna price almost same till the new product gets ready to move .

      Really sir , I think you are mistaken because the whole gurgaon is made on village .especially , after this materplan 2031 was purposed it was more like planned gurgaon unlike huda sector as it was lacking with it economic system . Also , glad you like the presentation.

      @@Gurgaonrealestate1 its about location , indeed whole gurgaon is aroujd villages but view is important. Atleast a club could have been planned in that way that view is not compromised and if it can not be then the site is inferior. Puri as a builder is premium and have good market reputation but in real estate atleast for end use location is the holy grail and other fctors like construction quality, architecture, project density are basic hygeine which in this day and age is important. I have been to the project and its nice and all but location of project is suboptimal and that is reflected in the price. Good luck to u in ur endeavours, video is nice and informational
