Hi Julie, I’ve been watching your channel for sometime now and really enjoyed it! In the past iv done a lot of lid lighting , now I’m just working on sun catchers not doing windows or lamp shades, over the past few years iv been using my glass making mosaic’s I think this is where I want to stay for now and thanks to your channel you have given me so many ideas ! I’m totally in love with your jewellery pendants and I’m keen to make some for family and friends, I’m going to give the falati pulling a go , I know i spelt that wrong lol , I keep every scrap of glass could that glass be melted down to make the super fine rods? Thank you for the video showing how it’s done Thank you for your time. I’m watching your channel from the East coast of Australia, little coastal town called Port Macquarie 👋
I took Rachel Sager's online course from Mosaic Arts Online called Intuitive Malmischiato. She goes into detail all the safety measures, material and equipment you need.
Julie that was a wonderful - doing bits of this n that - loved the daffodils pendant n the cute birdie. Peanut hanging 😍 Now looks forward to the sunflower frames and your big commission 😊
Your work is extraordinary and your creativity is beyond impressive! I love your ideas and how you share in videos. Honestly…I don’t know if you find time to sleep…lol! Looking forward to your next video. 💕😍
Well, my Dear friend; you and I would be having a disagreement over this one. While your idea of that cast iron pan is an ingenious way to heat glass for Fiore, I just about died when I saw you using it. I would absolutely kill for that cast iron pan, and thought, oh, you and I would be fighting over that one... But; it IS absolutely perfect for the job! As always, Love Ya Honey! ❤
Here you go! smile.amazon.com/Norpro-Cast-Stuffed-Pancake-Aebleskiver/dp/B000F741O4/ref=sr_1_8?crid=3GMMZ0VPYCXYB&keywords=aebleskiver+pan&qid=1669665530&sprefix=ablesc%2Caps%2C128&sr=8-8 It's just the right size and weight that it brings that heat around. I was sort of dreaming of an indoor set-up with a crucible and a torch with a holder so I don't have to hold it. The canister gets very cold! At least the weather was fantastic!
I Love the way you teach and share. I have been interested in how to make the pendants. The one you demonstrated is lovely. Thank you.😊

Also, what tool did you use to cut the glass for your mosaic pendant?
I used nippers and a diamond grit file.
would like to know where do you get the frames? Sorry if you already shared I love your work!!!
Sorry, which frames?
Amazing work! What is your putty? What kind? Do you buy it or make it yourself? Thank you!
I bought it from www.dimosaico.com/micromosaic-putty/
Love your videos. Updates on the putty? Is it dry yet.
I don’t think so. I’m giving it until May. That will be 6 months.
did you grout the little flower jewelry piece?
No
How many hours did it take you to make the Mosaic flower pendant?
I didn’t keep track. Probably about an hour or so.
I love the chunky birds - where did you find those substrates?
Thanks so much! I found them at a local garage sale!!!
