Maybe that dragonfly was actually... The Qu. ;)
OMG😮
Oh shi...[DATA EXPLUCTED]
Haven’t seen the whole thing yet, but Humans are inherently creative. I don’t see why they couldn’t have done it themselves and honestly, I think that attributing everything to Aliens undermines our capabilities as a species. Or maybe we were just bad at drawing people back then and our artistic skills were polished further on in history.
I think in the past art has been more spiritual in a way that it's more important to tell a story or highlight characteristics more than being anatomically accurate.
@@toivokorhonen3158 I agree with you. Back then it wouldn't have been about making art as realistic as possible (a fairly modern phenomenon) but it would have been about, as you said, telling a story.
@@toivokorhonen3158 Exactly. Drawing for the sake of imitating reality is not very liberating in a sense. It’s good in order to develop yourself as an artist, but artistic expression, like words, is the bridge from one mind towards another.
That f'ing boring. I'm not saying it's Aliens, but it was totally "Aliens".
@@elliehuli Lol that could easily happen. Either than or they find a mundane kitchen utensil you used like a spatula and say "Well, *clearly* this object had religious significance."
It's your infectious personality!😄 Honestly I'm kinda surprised you haven't already hit the 100k mark, it'll be here before you know it though.
Ha you're too kind Logan! Good to see you again.
@@BewareCast 😁Thanks for having me!
I am open-ish to the ancient aliens hypothesis, but not to the degree of Ancient Aliens, which basically points at everything "ancient" and shouts "Aliens!" I've yet to see a more spot-on meme than that Tsoukolas potrait.
Ancient Aliens, 1000 years from now, showing a picture of someone in a cheap alien Halloween costume:
"Is this image PROOF that aliens once walked among us...?"
Yes. Exactly.
Or the cover of HG Wells' War of the Worlds: "Is this proof of alien invasion of Victorian England?!?"
I recommend watching Ancient Aliens Debunked. It's free to watch on UA-cam. It goes through some claims they have on Ancient Aliens
Cool I'll check it out
@@BewareCastI think it's a fun watch. It does debunk some ancient aliens theories but like you said we never know what new evidence can be found in the future. I'm certainly open for extraterrestrial life and they might have even visited us in the past but I don't think they've affected human evolution in the way some theorists say.
@@BewareCastAnother one I'd recommend is Probs Not Aliens. It's a podcast that does an excellent job delving into the historical & cultural topics that Ancient Aliens tends to gloss over. I hope we get to see more videos like this from you. Seems like you have an open minded, yet reasonably sceptical outlook which I appreciate.
Ancient aliens is my favorite AU sci fi show.
My problem with it is that it undermines human capabilities and ingenuity, it's super entertaining though
Agreed.
I can understand what you mean. The concept of a secret race overviewing everything is a fantasying concept even if I don’t believe it myself. Especially the Wandjina.
I really like this podcast style video
Thank you!
Lovely video as always ❤ Thankyou
Ancient Aliens is great, it just doesn't belong on a channel called 'History', more the Sci-fi channel
Feathers.. Feathers?!? No Way man.. It's Always Aliens. xD
Ancient aliens is actually pretty cool 😎
Great video
Glad to see you Qu! I feel like its been forever!!!
Ha yes it's been taking me longer than I would like to make videos. Good to see you again Jay
@@BewareCast take as long as you need man! Self comes first.
It's a good day when Qu uploads!
I would love to hear some more short stories narrated. Have you read any Harlan Ellison? Also, you sound like Samwell Tarly so that’s how I picture you, lol.
I don't know, Tarly sounds like a complete yokel.
Is it aliens??
The answer is always *yes*
i think u should make more alien videos, theres only so much qu content u can make
Yeah I've actually not made any All Tomorrows stuff for a while, and I'm getting into Ancient Aliens and Ancient Astronaut theory again so I might make videos about that every so often
@@BewareCast yeah, i like thes types of vids too
The show is good as an axis point for introducing people to history, and is enjoyable in itself. Like the movie JFK, I love it as a work of fiction but can differentiate it from actual history, just like this show. It's fun and campy but I would recommend not taking it so seriously. It does have a high entertainment value, for sure, but it seems to think that it's possible to build Notre Dame in Europe but not the pyramids of Meso-America--which are roughly contemporaneous. My only problem is the absolute lies the series regurgitates, especially in the writings of Zachariah Sitchens (sp?). He cannot translate cuneiform for shit. Cheers. (Love your reading of All Tomorrows, mate!)
i saw another video about these drawings, it was the patters made in the sky attributed to the shift in the poles around the same time. It made aruras in the sky all the way to the equater....laschamps excursion..plasma collums, z pinch, and axis mundi. They even have a cave with anctient hebrew glyphs in connection to this with a design of the menorah. Science its a beautiful thing...even better when the go to answer isn't aliens
It was just a cake
The fact that they manufactured these alien mummies make me sick .why do men of intelligence even consider these "mummies " genuine . The person producing these fakes should be in jail.
It seems to me that you've done the hard work to grow your channel and deserve to spend some time and enjoy your success. There will always be dissidents that want want want but you have to keep the creative fountain fresh by getting away and following the strange paths of that intuitive genius. Basically, you only risk becoming stale if you don't do what interests you. No matter if I believe what a person talks about or not, I enjoy hearing passion in what they talk about.
That being said, I'm on your side about the ancient alien stuff. I think the show is a ridiculous stretch, even comical, but part of me thinks such a thing could have happened. Not so muc that they seeded life or built pyramids but played with our genes. I have no real definite reason to think this, only that I don't feel satisfied with our current scientific understanding. Things could change, and maybe my mind is just wanting to fill the gaps with mordern myths and we'll uncover more, but as of right now there's too many holes in the story of mankind and we are far too different from the other creatures on the planet for me to think, "Yep, we figured it all out for a fact".
So I hold all that at arms length and try to give everyones theory a fair listen. Besides, for me, mystery is the flavor of life, and bying a house is exhausting. I'm going through it too.
Thank you for your thoughtful words and comments, Sirius. Congratulations on your house purchase too.
@@BewareCastYou're welcome and thankyou too.
i want a narrative of the war between the asteriod humanoids and the qu
😂
