I am brand new to the card, making side of things so everything you’re showing is like such a boost and gives me hope that I can create beautiful things as well
Oh my goodness I am blown away by every single technique using the same basic flower set. This set is very pricey so to get this much use out of it is fantastic. You explained thorough out the video everything you did very clearly and well. You have a new subscriber! I hope better press hires you; your voice is clear, concise yet friendly and easy to listen to. I can’t wait to try one or any of your card techniques!
I just watched 3 of your videos on Better Press Plates and how to use them. You are so creative and I have learned so much from your videos. Thank you for sharing your talent and creativity. Your cards are just stunning.
You were mentioned several times today in Jennifer McGuire’s Live featuring the Interference Inks! So I’m here getting through your playlist. You’re the bomb! How artistic you are, and you explain things easily!
Wow! Your cards are stunning. Thank you for sharing these great techniques. I especially loved the third but honestly, I can’t choose which I like best.
Beautiful! I have not seen the Vaseline technique or the Lindy's powders with embossing ink. And, thank you for showing the interference inks. Thank you.
Thank you! 🥰 in the video linked at the end and in the description I use it in a different way with Alcohol inks. I saw the Vaseline technique somewhere at some point using stamps and figured it would probably work with press plates 😊
Such great examples. I love the BetterPress and this is such a fabulous press plate and sentiments. I like all your examples but may have to try the Lindy's Magicals.
Thank you🥰 Yes, these new plates and sentiments are awesome! I love the variety of sentiments included in it💕 Try the Magicals, you will love them, they are so fun to play with 😊
Thank you so much 🥰 Lindys are similar but slightly different than mica powders. They can be used in similar ways but technically Lindys are pigment powders. Most of the ones I own have shimmer but you can get some that are flat without shimmer. Also the colour in them is a variation of little coloured grains so when you spritz them with water you get a “burst” of several different colours😍 So awesome to watch them “burst”
@@ArtsyIslandGirl Thank you. wow they do sound interesting but so do the cloud 9 ink pads lol. Now I’m torn between which ones I would get more use out of 😊
@@Betty.H4 totally understandable. At this point I’ve used my Magicals most but that’s because they’ve been out and I’ve had them longer. Everything I’ve seen & done created with both have been awesome so I don’t think you could make a wrong choice between those 2💕
Hey there Artsy Island Girl! I love my Betterpress and what you've done with it today! BUT please tell me more about this great sentiment/die set that presses and cuts in one swoop? I'm not finding it in the Spellbinders store - and the set you've linked isn't the one you've used! THANKS so much! =] Michele
It is the same set that I have linked. You use it through with the Betterpress to create a bunch of sentiments at once and then you like up the die and put it in your die cutting machine and die cut them all at once
@@ArtsyIslandGirl The set I'm referring to is a single plate with multiple sentiments, and one die that cuts them all. You can see it at 6:13 min. 'You are Everything' has separate plates for each sentiment and a die for each to cut. Sorry to be such a bother! =]
@@icardeveryone01 actually the image on the website for it is misleading. If you look at the bottom right of the package it says 1 plate & 1 die. If they were all individual the number would be higher 😊 I can definitely see how you would think that by looking at the image though😊
Those are all really beautiful! My favorite is the Vaseline resist. It reminds me of Monet, too, and I love Monet! It's really amazing!
Thank you so much! I was so pleased with the result on that one 💕

🥰 Thank you so much! It definitely helps that the background plate is so beautiful 💕
Love your style, my favorite is the glimmered one or the betterpress one, the interference pads are beautiful! Great job!

@@icardeveryone01 no problem! I had to do a double take on it as well when I saw the image! Thank you for asking for clarification! 💕
