Would you be kind enough please tell me if there is any bait shop in Tybee Island? I saw you buying shrimp from publix. Is that a good place for bait all year long? We go to Tybee for vacation and fish from the pier. But the pier bait shop not always open and very pricey. Thanks.
Sorry, I totally thought I replied to this. The only real bait shop is on the pier and their bait is usually frozen. I have better luck with fresh shrimp from Publix. If you want live, go off the island to Bull River Marina.

🤣I was just out on the main pier last Saturday. I was tryna catch mackerel and big blues with a live mullet on a poping Cort while my other pole had a big bluefish head out hoping something big makes my reel go "wwzzzzzzzz" lol something actually did and I missed it twice🤣 because I was tryna to rerig my other pole. I didn't have much luck but other did with live mullet
