Just so you know, sacrificial alter took ur pretty fly, so it did take 2 familiars, and that is the reason you got 2 items, the items are also automatically from the devil deal pool, wether you have chaos or not🙂

Yo, Sin, little tip for ya. I noticed you said in the room fulla zubats that if you proced contagion it would get em all. Just some advice and knowledge: Contagion only works on the first kill of the room. It then spreads between enemies in the room and can reproc on them, but it's only the first kill that starts it

It actually sacrificed 2 things.
1. Papa Fly
2. You had a fly orbital
You get a devil deal item for each familiar consumed
If you have void and sac alter, void the alter! It isn’t like diplopia in the fact that it just goes away so if you have a pill like pretty fly in the rotation it’s crazy amount of devil items!

32:15 you can bomb the rag on the floor to reveal a crawlspace beneath it (100% drip chance)
It’s only 100% in a clean room. A dirty room, like that one, will give you a trap door to the next floor with a small chance to give you the crawl space.

I'm not trying to streak so it doesn't matter as much to me if I get hurt by them, so I take pills on the first floor only. That way if you do get any good ones, you can recognise them for latter floors and keep taking only those good ones. If you get bad ones it doesn't matter so much since you can always start over.

Just so you know you are partially correct with the alter, it can sac 2 items but you need 2 followers since it’s a one time use.
It's weird I play isaac before I go to work at 7 am and when I check to see what kind of run today is gonna be he has almost the same exact items
Am I correct (never played the game) but just from watching about 300 of sinvictas Isaac streak videos...that contagion isn’t based on proc-ing? It’s just the first enemy you kill gives the effect right?
You are. It also procs off of enemies that die while poisoned from contagion

If you have humbling bundle, then u can use the jar to spawn unlimited hearts. Then you don't have to keep buying health.

Metronome works only in the room you're in, right? So even if you get glass cannon or breath of life, if you clear the room first and then move out quickly, you might take damage from breath or kamikaze, but the effects should go away, no?

Dude did you forget that if you kill hush u get a delirium portal at the top of the room
Also may I add this is the fastest I’ve seen hush or delirium melt that fast by a “legit” play through. I say legit cause tearofgrace 1shot delirium but he used the debug menu a bit.

One time I was playing a eden run with glass cannon for the first time and I had curse of the blind, and not knowing what glass canon does and curse of the blind also to add the cherry on top I was playing an eden run the game was just trying to screw me over, and I thought it was just a big tear blast that had a cool down, so it sucked pretty bad when I died

I remember having a run almost exactly like this. I crashed my game twice because the Delirium boss arena had too many hearts on the ground.
EDIT: Probably should clarify, it was a combo of Humbling Bundle, Backpack, IV Bag, and Jar of Hearts.
