This family doesn’t cry, they didn’t search, (until now the dad decides to) he comes home in HER van, they take her memorial down. This is a weird, sick, twisted bunch of people.
How do we know that?
How do we know that is wasnt Mrs Laundre who drove (her) Mustang to the reserve frantically looking for her son? Maybe Mr.Laundie went and got her in his truck, and they went to pick up the car a few days later.
No matter how this all went down, those parents are hurting and badly, even if they did send him off with a peanut butter sandwich. No body dreams of this. Also how can they go public to search/plea for their son when he is being accused of being a killer. I think they feel a lot of shame. Cannot wish this on any parent.

Just a speculative hunch: The trip went sour, words were said, actions were done that may have triggered Gabby to reconsider being with Brian. She calls off the wedding and that evolves into a "If I can't have you then no one can." murder of rage scenario type of thing. I know, I probably watch too much TV.

Why does Cassie "definitely feel" that if they had all the 911 calls "that it would have gone a lot differently and we'd be in a different situation"? How so? How different? Does she feel her brother is capable of murdering his own girlfriend? Or does she just know he did it? In reality couples do fight, separate & cool off, and while domestic violence is far too common, getting to murder is a seriously long reach for her to calmly imply and firmly declare. Something stinks rotten here and it's all coming from that family.

So in my view to implicitly speculate that her brother could have been on the murderous end of a domestic squabble because the police didn't do their job is a really telling connection for her to openly make. To acknowledge your point further, I read a dated WP article that said nearly half of all women murdered in the past decade were killed by a present or former partner. I'm just wondering if she had knowledge not merely as to his capability which as you said could apply to anyone, but if she knew in actuality that he had in fact killed her. Also, her presentation of a nonchalant campfire gathering when a member of their household was unaccounted for over 3,000 miles away is as if she barely knew Gabby while on the other hand she had previously claimed Gabby was so loved by them. I mean what excuse did he give them for leaving her so far away and returning early in her car and why would they buy it? Because the parents most likely knew "something" before he got home 30 hours later. Plus he would have to be a truly cold-blooded killer to hang out with her 5 year old son and enjoy s'mores while looking and acting like everything is absolutely regular. But that's what happened. Same applies to the parents, even now. Their demeanor is as telling as what their son's appears to have been and probably remains now. Many people who kill aren't necessarily threats to random people but I feel Brian, more than your average person and more than your average domestic murderer. There may easily be a connection with that overlapping double murder which is more likely than "coincidence". Time will tell all hopefully.

What does that guy mean by Cassy not showing those signs of body language when one lies - sure she does... here are two very clear signs: (1)she hardly open her mouth when she speaks as if it's paiful to let the words out - that happens when one lies and it's really difficult for them to lie but they do and (2) after she says "I don't tink my parents are involved, I think if they are..." 1:58-2:00, she's got a smile on one corner of her mouth and she really hardly opens her mouth to speak the words. That smile starts immediately after 'involved' and before 'I think...' and it stays on the corner of her mouth for the rest of the sentence. That's only at a superficial glance. She's got many more signs.

He's probably living with Stan. That text was sent for a reason. Whatever the case may be, he is living with someone or in a vehicle like some homeless people do. He isn't inside some reserve or on a trail. One possibility that may be true is that Brian was probably cheating on Gabby, and now he is living with that girl. His stuff from that storage unit may be there too.

I agree with the cheating theory. 60 percent of population admit yo doing it. My guess he had a new interest and this was maybe part of the tensions. Gabby may have felt something was off. They did stop the engagement. I'd say if he was cheating the other party drove him across the border and either stayed with him or returned to their home. They may have used throw away phones to communicate hence their would be little trace of them.

The first problem here is not that Gabby was killed but that she was manipulated in this relationship so that she would never speak out for herself.
Police came, even an employee working at a park who saw the fight said to Gabby that she is in a toxic relationship. She had opportunities, but she was a victim of a narcissistic person, and Brian new he would always get away with his behavior as long as Gabby would be silent, which she was.

This isn’t hard to figure out. The parents wish to remain silent and that’s their right. That right won’t mean much if they talk to their daughter and she tells the world everything they tell her as she seems perfectly willing to do. She’s saying point blank that if you don’t want everybody to know what you say, then you’d better not tell it to me.
I agree with Cathy on that 911 call / DV charge was the catalyst that lead to her death. Her not capping for her family was very telling.

IMO Unfortunately I believe our boys in blue might have dropped the ball. Also seems like the female park ranger knew a lot more… where’s her body cam?!? If she states she told gabby it’s not too late to change her situation and the relationship seems toxic then why would she say that if gabby didn’t share something about her relationship with Brian. They (all officers) all should have got together away from Brian and Gabby and discuss the possible situation.

If this family would explain when the son and brother came home without Gabby, what did he tell them? Maybe just maybe I pray that the authorities know and are just not sharing the info. 🙏 Praying for the young ladies family that they can get through all this.

Brian strangled Gabby to death and left her body out in the open exposed to weather and animals. Think about the type of man that is. Then his family goes on a camping trip with this monster, gives him emotional and financial support, hides him from police, and destroys Gabby's memorial that people had put up. They knew! I have no sympathy for the dirty Laundries.
Poor Gabby, such a bubbly person and so pretty. I cannot forgive this family who caused so much distress to Gabby's family. RIP Gabby.
