Finally, after such a long wait you are back. But when I saw the word 'frottage' I thought something naughty was going on! This technique looks like such fun. Even the paint spread on the plastic and then applied to the painting was a cool way to transfer color. You are just too cool, Gerda. Please come back soon!
I especially love this last one it made me giggle. The little creature is very cute. Your videos are so entertaining, I hang out for them . Thanks from NZ
Goodness Gerda! Once again you have created something which is just beautiful. Thanks for sharing your talent with us. I think we all eagerly await your videos - I know I do! Cheers, DEB T (NZ)
Gerda thankyou! You are amazing. Was feeling so creatively blocked this week and seeing this video gave me an idea for a new painting. And funnily, the idea in my head is of a completely different painting😁😁 but seeing you in action sparked it❤️❤️❤️
Dickes Kompliment!
Hello Geeta, if your skin has contact to alcohol very often, it will get dry. But I use alcohol this way very seldom and rinse my hands with water afterwards.
Hi Gerda, was just thinking about how no one takes the trouble to explain and show like you do as I was walking in the park and looking at all the textures of the bark on the trees, and here you are!, just the inspiration I needed ! I love your examples and adore the little fish thing. Thanks again for the brilliant videos. One question, when I put drops of water on I get very little result, or just the imprint of the paper towel, is the paint wetness important?
Hello Rosann, thank you! When you drip on water, you have to wait, until the paint around the drops gets dry and the drops are still wet. Then dab with your towel and you can remove only the paint under the wet drops.
I love watching all your techniques... beautiful work
Thank you!
What a fantastic painting, the choises you make are so exiting. You're a true artist and I love to watch you create...thanks Gerda!

Tolle Angregungen...danke.
Greetings to you 😊. I wanted to know if it’s ok handling ethanol in palms onto canvas? Skin ?
Hello Geeta, if your skin has contact to alcohol very often, it will get dry. But I use alcohol this way very seldom and rinse my hands with water afterwards.
Toll 👍👏
Wow! 👁
