It’s internet related issue. Please reset network settings. And enter your wifi password again. This will fix your issue. Keep in mind before following this you must have your wifi password remember because of once u will reset network settings. It will delete all stored WiFi password.
Mine gets about 3/4 the way through the progress bar and just stops, deleted the download multiple times aswell. Gets stuck on the same point every time.
In such case, I suggest that you please give your device maximum time, because of some time due to low storage space, the new update hasn't enough room to establish. Right, so your device must have at least 1.5 gig space to install the downloaded OTA update.

You can update your phone via - the settings - general and software update page. If Over the air not working, then you should do this using a Pc computer or Apple Mac.
So try to reset network settings and re-connect your WiFi to device. But before that you must have your wifi password on hand. Because of resetting network setting will erase your Wi-Fi password on your phone. Try this hint will work. ☺️

It won’t let me update i put in the passcode then it says use or do not use cellular device and when I press yes or no it says an error occurred
