True-ish - I mean, I was super impressed by how good and clear the sound is even with the waterproof membrane, but if you were to compare with versus without, of course you are going to notice a slight difference - otherwise, they (Apple) would have built that membrane right into the phone. But it's very minimal difference in my opinion.
this is interesting, the lifeproof/otterbox fre cases have a plastic screen protector that, if you use this case for dust/water protection at work gets scratched easily and makes certain features like camera difficult to use
It's a pretty great design! I mean, I would not use it as my "all-the-time" case unless I had was constantly using it in water, but still, as waterproof cases go, this company seems to make the best - still pretty slim and with the tempered glass screen protector and cameras and everything work great. Added bonus on this particular style that it has MagSafe!
I was able to have a conversation on it once with no problem, but I can't say I've used it for that much since I don't have a lot of actual phone conversations and I also only use this case when I specifically need to...
Not really. I mean it depends. I would put this on for a week and take it off, but I would not want to be putting it on and taking it off every day to use it for a few hours...
I didn't notice any differences in my testing. I'm not using the case on a daily basis because I don't have a need for 360 waterproofing all the time. But in my testing, sound and everything was great. The Do Not Disturb button as well as speakers have a thin film over them that prevents water leakage. They also include extras of this film so you can replace it if needed over time.

It could affect the way it fits and also would likely have an effect on the responsiveness as well. This case isn't really meant to be a "put it on and take it off frequently" type of case, like throw it on when you're going swimming for an hour then take it off, then put it back on again tomorrow. It's more permanent than that, so like - this is going to be my 24/7 case for the two weeks I'm on a cruise kind of thing...
That's an excellent question. And I'm ashamed to say I don't have an answer. I used it on phone calls and the sound going through on those sounds fine. I also did use it to record some video in water, but honestly was more into the video and didn't really pay much attention to the audio at that point. I would test it out again for you, but I gave this case away since I didn't have a consistent need for it myself. I'm sorry I can't give you a good answer - try asking the question on the Amazon listing - maybe someone else who is using it can answer that.
I’m noticing it’s slower to type and I’m feeling strong vibration on the phone with my fingertips while someone’s talking (like your video) it’s strange, I just got it, feels very protective but right away annoying
That's interesting. I didn't notice any difference with the typing or any touch things. But there can be a slight vibration when sound is playing sometimes.

It is covered, but with a thin "membrane" type of material that still allows you to access it.

can you easily take the case off and put it back on? i want to use the case at my work but not all of the time. would it be applicable for this ??

will it work with GMC trucks wireless charging?
It should. It depends on the strength of the wireless charging, but any good wireless charger should be able to charge through the case.

@@hollywoodfrodo took case off and really pressed phone into it now seems to be working and a lot less vibration feeling now thank you!
