I am playing with the demo for a few days now and I thought the resynthesize option would work more like in synplant but the results are not even close to synplant. But all in all it’s a fun synth to play with ❤
Myth seems to extract the temporal data (amplitude over time) whereas Synplant focuses more on timbral/spectral resynthesis with some basic temporal information like simple envelopes. I think we're still a ways out from fully resynthesising synthesisers.
Sounds very good, lots of nice effects and the FM is particularly delicious, but I didnt like the modulation setup, there's been a tried and tested drag and drop mod approach for eons now and I shouldnt need to dive into a manual to get it setup. You have a whole page for modulations on the main interface but it's the first i've seen that doesnt let you create any with it, even a right click and assign would be sufficient. It would also be helpful if you could return to the patch you were building when you select to start the in-plugin tutorial, or if this is in place already, make it a bit more obvious. If you had this functionality in your plugins I would buy them all, please consider implementing.

@@dawesome Whilst I appreciate the reply this isnt a discussion, it's a comment, and I wouldnt describe anything i've mentioned as complex so much as bread and butter functionality.
Really enjoying playing around with this synth! So many happy accidents. The manual and onboard lessons are also really good. Top job!
