이별의 후유증 노래한 에릭남의 ‘Miss You’
지난 4월, 미니앨범 ‘Honestly’로 상반기를 뜨겁게 달구었던 에릭남이 가을에 어울리는 신곡으로 돌아온다.
신곡 ‘Miss You’는 이별한 남자의 복잡한 심경을 담은 곡이다. 헤어진 연인을 잊으려 노력하지만 자신도 모르게 새어 나오는 그리운 마음이 교차되며 이별 후의 감정을 역설적으로 표현했다.

That’s funny. I first discovered the English Version of that song half a year ago, on a time where I was still grieving about a friend I had unrequited feelings for what caused me to break off contact. Hearing „Don’t miss you“ reminded me of the last words he spoke to me, saying something like „Let me go four your sake, it’s sad but I am ok without you.“ It was like he sang that song to me. Helped me a lot, actually. Today is his birthday and after over a year, I texted him again, simply wishing him a happy birthday. He thanked me and we wished each other a better year next year. And that’s it. And it was okay. And today I find the Korean Version that describes perfectly how I feel today. It’s ok now. Yes, it still hurts sometimes but the worst is done. Thank you, Eric Nam.
