I think i live locally to you and enjoy your videos, thought you may have run the Eltham park 5 a couple of weeks ago? I’ve done it a few times and wondered what your take on it was?
Thanks Lee yes I am local to Eltham Park. It was on my list this year to run but I couldn’t make it looks really a good one to do hopefully next year. The Club that runs the race are a very friendly bunch so would thought it’s a good one to run and it’s mostly trails

It was pretty warm and humid it felt so much slower !

Decent time.I did a marathon there a few years back in the depths of winter.Harder than it looks.
I have done a couple of 10k races on the Cyclopark your right in saying it’s harder than it looks!!
That looked very congested. People overtaking coming up and goimf down so sometimes 4 runners trying to use the same bit of narrow path.
It was very tight just couldn’t get going for a while probably just as well been so hot and humid
