So if i want to work in pacu will they transfer me as well. As i have experience of icu 15 months then i shift myself to emergency .. So will i be able to get transfer in pacu. @@nehacullen7201 the transfer can take a while depends on the hospital staffing etc. but transfers are allowed and facilitated of they are well staffed. 👍 if you’re working for the hse continuous education sre supported. Post grad diploma courses and other courses are free, masters , you have to pay a certain amount, as the hse wont cover 100% of the cost.

If you’re young and adventurous Id say maybe USA? They earn more there as nurses. Australia offers better weather and proximity to Philippines. Ireland is in Europe so if you like to travel around European countries Ireland will be a good base.bcoz flights are cheap. Weather is not as good. Rainy, gloomy… but when its summer its really beautiful.

Do hospitals in another country care about the school you came from in the Philippines or they focus more on your work experience? Is age a huge factor in applying to be a nurse abroad? Gustong gusto ko mag career shift to Nursing, but I have to study for 4 years again dito and only few schools accept 2nd degree holders and I’m turning 25 next year. So studies + a year of experience - around 30 y/o na ko 😅 A bit scared lang if that dream to work abroad is still possible while doing something I’m interested doing
Hello Marjon, So abroad they don’t really ask or look into which school you went to. Basta degree holder k and board passer. mejo fuzzy sila sometimes about sa clinical experience , usually they require a tertiary hospital experience if ur applying for a staff nurse position in an acute hospital.
25 is still young. I didnt move abroad until after 27 yo. Move to Ireland at 32 yo. So you’ll still you g and have loads of time. Id say if you hve a passion for it. Go fot it.!
