Tall riders and motorcycles are a combination that can make things a little cramped. With the La Pera Maverick Daddy Long Legs Seat for Harley, however, riders of vertical prowess can look forward to an additional 2” of leg room that will allow them to stretch out and be more comfortable on long rides. From the premium-grade black vinyl to the 16 gauge powder-coated baseplate that have all been made proudly here in the US of A, the Daddy Long Legs seats from Le Pera are top-tier in quality, comfort, and durability. - Авто та транспорт
The Le Pera Maverick was an even better fit than expected. The Daddy Longlegs (extended reach) version was perfect even though I'm 5'10" instead of the 6' plus most say the Daddy Longlegs is for. LePera messes up by calling their foam a Progressive Density Foam as no one knows what that is. But, after getting the seat and putting about 500 miles on it, it is perfectly clear that Le Pera is using Miracle Foam in their seats. If I had known that, I would have bought it much earlier as the seat really needs NO break-in and couldn't be more comfortable, even on the very 1st ride.
Showing the seats installed on some bikes would be nice to see
Exactly. I bought a step up Harley seat for my 2016 fxdb. I guarantee you the value of the bike dropped a few thousand buck. Seat is ugly AF
Can you guys do a recommendation for supportive seats for heavy and tall riders I’m 6’3 390lbs
Thx for your video, just gave it a thumb up. It isn't the "daddy long legs tall" version right ? On the le pera website they said that the "tall" version rises you up about 2 inches, do you know if it provides more comfort for the rider ?
Great Info on the video Lemmy. I have a 2010 HD Softail Custom which came with the stock tiered pillow top seat and a Mustang Touring two up seat. I have forward controls of course and I am only 5'11' but I need a another inch or two back(preferably down and back as I am to high for my windshield). Is the Le Pera Maverick DLL my best option or is there another seat that would accommodate my needs? I also don't require a solo in case a honey wants to cruise. Thank you
The Maverick DLL is indeed the best option. -DrewZilla

I'm a bigger guy riding a low rider (loved the look!). Got a used Harley Tallboy seat right away after purchasing the bike and that helped a good bit. But I need to push back a couple more inches. Not really interested in forward controls. I wonder if this seat would give me the inches I need, or if I've gotten all I'm going to get with the Tallboy.
Peter Palermo Both the Tallboy and Maverick Daddy Long Legs provide about 2 inches of room, so this Le Pera won't really help any more than the Tallboy already does. -DrewZilla

Peter Palermo how tall are you by chance?
Wish they would start making the roadking standard again. Not trading my flhtcu for a shorter mans roadking. Hello harley
I have a 2016 Heritage Softail Classic FLSTC, the stock seat jams into my backside making a ride over 450 km butt numbing. As the comment below says that this maverick Daddy long legs is narrow, I'm not sure what you recommend. I'm a 32" inseam and generally wear men's XXL motorcycle gear.
The Maverick Daddy Long Legs will definitely sit you back a bit and get rid of the stock passenger seat that projects forward, but it is a bit narrow. You might consider the Saddlemen Explorer Special, which is wider but still gives room at your back and lets you get your feet down easily at stops. -DrewZilla

What is the driver seat seat length from front top to bottom driver backrest?
Are there any other non-custom seats out there that give the same 2inches of extra leg room that the Le Pera DLL and the Harley Tallboy offer? Would any solo seat do the trick?
Le Pera makes the most Daddy Long Legs seats, but here are some others that come close. The Mustang comes closest at 1.75". It all depends which bike you have. -DrewZilla

Hi there!
I own a 2004 FLHR Road King, which hasa LePera Bare Bone seat. Im 6,4'' and after a long ride I always start feeling uncomfortable.
Im looking into purchasing either an HD Tallboy, or this Mavericks Daddy Long Legs from LePera. My aim is to move back & up a bit as well. So in those terms, what you think will make more of a difference?
Thanks for the videos, always very usefull
Both seats will keep you right around stock height but move you back 2 inches. However, your Bare Bones seat is about an inch lower than stock, so you'll end up about an inch higher than the Bare Bones with both the Tallboy and Maverick Daddy Long Legs. The Maverick provides a bit more lumbar support, so I'd lean towards the Le Pera. We expect additional inventory before the end of September. -DrewZilla

I have an 883 2016 Sportster, this seat isnt really compatible with my bike unfortunately, im about 6'1 and want more room, is the tall boy my only option or is there some after market seat you have that works better or is cheaper?
Unless you have a custom seat made, the Tall Boy is probably your best option. -DrewZilla
Just avoid Mustang's. Mustang's have thick padding that pushes the rider into the gas tank.
So I'm 6'7", 265lbs, riding a 2011 StreetBob. Is there a comfortable seat I can use for long runs or should I look for a new bike?
This would probably be my suggestion for you:

That moves you back an inch or so from stock, while giving ample support and comfort.

I have 2007 CVO Ultra Classic, I like the 2" back in the saddle, will the seat also sit you more into the bike that on it?
+Clayton Carter Yes, it does give you the feeling that you're sitting "in" the bike a bit more. -DrewZilla
Do they have tallboy seats for 2009 1200c?? I cant find one.. what seat would you suggest?
If you want to sit higher and farther back, look at the Saddlemen Step Up. If you want to sit lower and farther back, look at the Mustang Super Tripper. -DrewZilla

Will this seat work on a 1999 Sportster 883 hugger? I am 72 inches tall and would appreciate some more leg room
Unfortunately, no, this is only available for Touring and Softail models for the 1999 model year. Instead, you might consider a Wide Solo for more legroom. -DrewZilla

At your height, on a Hugger, I suggest a solo seat to provide more leg room.
Would be great if you had filter on your website which filters seats by reach type like. I'd like to know what other seats I can look at for an additional leg room.
I have Dyna 2017 Street bob and want to sit as back as possible, if it lower me thats great but not a big deal if not.
Your only options are really the Le Pera Daytona and Maverick seats in the Daddy Long Legs versions. -DrewZilla

RevZilla what about le pera kickflip daddy long legs version? Or it does not seat you as far as Daytona or Maverick DLL? Thanks.
is there a daddy long legs solo seat option for 2003 Fatboy?
