Eric bullying lower rating opponents feels like me, and adult, playing judo with youngsters. Although I am not as merciless.
At the end of the video the vibe was a bit like " I broke both his legs, but all in all it was nice to see him crawling and trying to get up. He put up a good fight." I was laughing !

I really like these Speedruns which, I think, are quite instructive, even for strong players. It would be interesting to see an advanced version of this against a stronger opponent, say 2000ish. That might work better with a longer time such as (20, 0) to allow more time for explanation of strategy.

I have a question: At 18:24, why did you not consider Nd4, attacking the pinned knight? My analysis would be if Nxd4, Bxd1, Kxd1, exd4, winning the exchange. Alternatively, if white does not move the knight, Nxf3, gxf3, Bxf3 forking the rooks looks very good to me. If white defends the knight with the queen, we can exchange the dark-squared bishop to force it to move again.
Is my analysis correct, or am I missing something?

One bit of feedback (after watching a lot of Danya's speedruns), I'd encourage you to try to explain a lot of the latent ideas for both sides roughly at the level you are during the speedrun. Currently it sometimes feels more like you're explaining why your moves are crushing these newer players, rather than "how can I as a newer player find the winning strategy in XYZ position". Thanks for the content!

In game 1, after Bf4, I was looking at Black playing Nxe4, Qxe4 Qxb2, Rb1 Qxc3. The initial capture of the knight allows Black to grab the extra pawn. Black can follow up with Nf6, gaining a tempo by making White move the queen. If Black instead followed Qxe4 with Nf6 first, White can relocate the queen to protect the b pawn, as on c2.
