This song makes me think of someone trapped in a snowglobe. Youre trapped but since glass is transparent you see everyone around you living but youre the one who is stuck. But glass is breakable so dont feel trapped forever. Its a sad song but feels hopeful at the same time. Im for sure over analyzing this one but cant help it. song is a fuckin banger haha

Youth is a classic album. it helped define the pop punk resurgence of the 2010s. but my GOD this album is amazing. it sounds like nothing like Youth, but holy shit it's just so good front to back.

what do we think this means?
To me, that verse (in addition to the first) seems to be talking about a failing relationship. He's aware that whatever connection they initially had is fading, but he's stuck around because he still cares about the other person: he was a "fool" for them. The other person, at this point, is only looking out for their only feelings, so when they decide it's time to go, they'll move past him with ease.
Alternatively, it could mean that he has accepted the fact the other person is going to leave, and is preparing for it so when it does happen, he'll be able to "move right through" them and hopefully save himself some heartache in the process.
That's just my take.
I think it's a poetic way of saying he'll disappear when it's his time to go. They'll move him like fog
