3:10 - I'm one of those that have asked in class. It's the video that you should make called 'How to unwhip' after you've gotten sideways when not planning on it.
Bought a 2005 crf250 after 22 years of not riding. 2 strokes were still the thing when I quit riding. All I can say is my body does not remember how to ride like my brain thinks it does.
I came from a similar place.. my last bike was a 2001 RM125 that I stopped riding in 2003 then bought a new 450 for christmas in 2019.. Still working on the fact that my brain can ride faster than my body can h andle.
same thing for my dad haha... except he went out and bought a 450 from a super rich guy who did so much work to it
Maybe buy a 2 stroke, you will remember how much fun riding is, my 22 YZ250 2 stroke shakes a smile onto my face😁
@@antfal-n-everything7154 man.. I know! I was looking for a yz 250 when I came across the 05 250F. I got my 250F and an XR70 for 2500$. I couldn’t pass it up.
Idk why people insist on change. The 125 is the perfect bike for me. If I did get a 250F it wouldn't be a clapped out 05. I'd get a used kawi from pro circuit for 5k.

Try preloaded the suspension before the kicker.
I’ve found if the guys cutting the ruts are scrubbing and you try to straight air the same rut it will kick you sideways
So stay out of the pro Line

Find a smoother line on the side, this what i gathered from other videos.
This is one of the issues on track I fear the most. Kicker on the jump face. It was the case on the up ramp of a jump this weekend. I was trying to power on more, but i was still being kicked. Just not comfortable for sure. I guess needed more speed and throttle but my brain would go there.
I had same issue but my solution was just not letting the bike going sideways to bother me. I had confidence in bike and myself. Friend who was watching me said that a few times he thought i would crash so sideways my bike came in the air. And for better understanding at the time i was a beginner level at riding the motocross track.
What should I do if my back end is sliding on the jump face for a jump coming out of a corner

You said its an easy fix if you're getting kicked sideways on a smooth face jump, but didn't say what's the fix..... Whats the fix if your getting sideways on a smooth face jump?
If you’re getting kicked on a smooth jump face it means you’re not committing with the throttle, or yanking the throttle on the top of the face. Easy fix is, stay steady on the throttle and carry speed to the jump, don’t try to create speed on the jump
